Dr Michael Zhou (MBBS, BSc, FRACGP, MPA, LLB) performed his undergraduate degrees in science and law at Monash and Melbourne University before completing medicine at Finders University in 2011.He completed specialist training in General Practice with the Royal College of General Practitioners and has been working in the bayside area since then.

Fantastic management team, friendly receptionists, great doctors. I highly recommend this medical centre. I've managed many clinics and this one is a great example of how to care for its patients. The doctors follow up test results, the nurse is friendly and they have pathology, physiotherapy, podiatry and a pharmacy next door!

I have always found the Alma Village Medical Centre excellent.
In particular Dr Joshua Grokop who always gives me helpful information and facts. Spends the time to explain options. Very ethically responsible . Does not rush appointments.Up to date with the current issues .

Great service from Joshua and the team. He helped us keep our mother with us for the final 6 months her life. A true blessing. No hospital she was at home surrounded with love and care. A privilege greatly helped by Joshua's support.

This has been my GP for around a year. Initially I saw Dr Zimmerman until she went on mat leave and she was excellent. Now I see Dr Joshua Grokop who is just as good. Very sympathetic and caring. Calls me to follow up on things which I really appreciate. Great practice!

I came here to have a small procedure and was assured I could have the procedure straight away by the receptionist, after a lengthy wait I saw a doctor who told me that I couldn’t have the procedure and that I would need to rebook and pay another $80. The doctor prescribed an anti-inflammatory which the pharmacist said I didn’t actually need a script for and gave it to me off the shelf. I was told the Medicare rebate would go straight back on to my card. It’s been 3 days and nothing has appeared in my account. I’m very disappointed in the incompetence and the waste of my time and money

Great experiences at this clinic. Been going for years and all of their doctors are excellent and the reception staff are so helpful and welcoming. Right next to the pharmacy so super convenient location too!
