Ferguson Farmstay is located in the beautiful Ferguson Valley, only 30 minutes' drive from Bunbury and less than two hours' drive south of Perth. The chalets and a function centre are situated on top of the undulating Darling ranges, giving spectacular views of farmland and vineyards all the way to the Bunbury coast.

Services
Our 11 chalets are fully self-contained and all offer uninterrupted views to Bunbury and the ocean. They are constructed from local rammed earth finished with cedar and pine, and are generously spaced with lawns and landscaped gardens in between. The chalets differ in size accommodating 4 - 8 people, but all chalets have generous verandas equipped with gas barbecues and outdoor settings.
For guests who stay two or more nights at Ferguson Farmstay, your stay includes farm activities. These are activities for the whole family designed for guests to get a taste of country life. If you stay with us for one night, you are welcome to participate in farm activities at a cost of $15 per person.
Beautiful lawns and gardens, over 1,000 roses, a 500-seat amphitheatre, rolling hills and views to Bunbury and the ocean all combine to provide the perfect setting for your dream wedding. The Ferguson Valley is quickly gaining a reputation in the South West as a destination for country weddings. With its stunning grounds and breathtaking views, it is hardly surprising Ferguson Farmstay is becoming a big part of the Ferguson Valley wedding scene.
We are located 9.3km along Henty Road from South Western Highway, which is why our number is 930. The easiest way to find us is to follow Forrest Highway until you see a big green sign left for Roelands. This road is called Raymond Road. Take Raymond Road until it ends at a T junction with South Western Highway.
The office will close at 6pm. If must arrive later than 6pm, please let us know what time you plan to arrive and we will have your chalet unlocked and ready. Please try to arrive before 8.30pm where possible! We go to bed early on the farm. We guarantee that every family will have at least one tractor ride while they stay with us.

We stayed here recently for 3 nights and have mixed feelings. Whilst the accommodation and activities were good the lack of customer service is a bit of a concern. It is very hard to get hold of someone if there is an issue, then the issue we had, whilst it was fixed came at a bit of a cost to us and on checkout there was not really an apology or any sort of compensation. Whilst I realise things don't always go to plan when the fault is of the premises in other places they would bend over backwards to rectify. Given there was no real apology or any compensation I would say their customer service

Cancellation policy very inflexible. We have a newborn who was rushed to hospital and had a four night stay. We couldn't make the first night as we were in hospital and were advised against travelling for a few days post discharge. Ferguson Farmstay will apply the standard cancellation of the deposit. If your target market is families, then cater to some of the flexibilities of that segment. People will have legitimate reasons to cancel. Applying a penalty is not reasonable nor fair. Although this could at times result in a negative impact at least you could secure repeat clientele. You win some

We were so impressed with our stay that we booked our next trip before checking out! Perfect for families with opportunities for kids to be interactive with farm animals. There were a few different playground activities and plenty of grassy areas. The views were amazing. Every chalet had amazing views right to the coast of Bunbury. We were very impressed with the standard that the chalets were maintained at. Very clean, not dusty and no cobwebs...even on the very high ceilings. The beds had electric blankets which was perfect for chilly nights. Looking forward to our next stay!

If feeding farm animals bring sparkling smiles to your child and feeding cows while they are chasing your tractor ride gives you thrills, Ferguson Farmstay is the place for you. The eye-pleasing landscape and positions of the self-contained chalets plus the heavenly sceneries of Ferguson Valley leave not much else to ask from a relaxing holiday. Kudos to Rosa Madigan and all the lovely staff who are running it.

We had such an amazing stay. Stayed 2 nights and would have loved to stay longer. The chalets have pretty much everything you need to have a more -than comfortable stay. Mr 4 had a wonderful time feeding the animals, playing in the cubby house, jumping on outdoor trampolines and his favourite - pony & tractor ride. Will highly recommend this family-run business to anyone that wants to have family friendly staycation away from home
