Quite simply, staying here was a dream come true! From friendliness of staff to interior beauty & immaculate cleanliness, this hotel exceeded our expectations! The Christmas decorations made it look Old European with charm oozing from the stained glass, walnut paneling, fresh roses and oil paintings.
The cost of tea & meals is similarly expensive, but we found excellent restaurants a short walk away. Next time we'll spring for tea just for the experience!

I have been coming to the prince weekly for the last 17 years ! And I always eat the same thing, medium pepper steak. Unfortunately recently I was disappointed that the recipe has changed, which is a shame because it was consistently excellent in the past. Some friends with me commented on how there favourite classic dishes Have been taken off the menu. I hope that this is just a temporary issue and the meals go back to the quality and consistency of the past decade.

I was there over the summer and the experience has really stuck with me. The ambiance was lovely and the food was good, but the server was so rude to us. I've never had a server be so rude.
My friend made the reservation and forgot to mention that I was a vegetarian. Most of the food is already vegetarian so I had told them not to worry about substitutions if it was too much of a hassle. The server was very sharp with us, saying that we left it way too last minute and she will have to see what she could do. Again, I told her not to worry but she stormed away to the kitchen. Turns out, one or two

Can’t believe after all these years some of our favourites are now off the menu….one of my fav restaurants to go to & I won’t be back in a hurry. No chicken stockman anymore so I ordered the chicken schnitzel & it was quite possibly the worst I’ve ever had, old chips were way better, the fish was average & you’ve taken most of the half serve options away, disappointing…

I went there last night with friends I ordered the Angus cheeseburger sadly the cheese was missing and the caramelised onions it was dry and bland also a plate of overcooked cold chips were the accompaniment, very disappointing. The mannerisms of the bar staff are something that also needs to be addressed not pleasant at all .

I have always wanted to stay here and finally had the opportunity this weekend for a short honeymoon trip! We stayed in one of the suites, and our package included dinner and breakfast. It was one of the most luxurious experiences of my life, I felt so pampered during our stay. If I ever have the opportunity to go again I absolutely would.

Highly recommended. The staff was exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. In particular, Ayah was so pleasant, she went above and beyond accommodating my wife and I.
Our room service dinner was outstanding. Shining light on the Ontario Beef Tenderloin which was a 10 out of 10. The food came in a timely manner, it was was hot and most importantly it was a true blue rare.
The hotel immersed us in its luxury and elegance and was an unforgettable getaway. Planning our next stay already.

We have been going to The Prince for years to have Davy Jones Locker but when we went there last night they have taken it off the menu and the fish we ordered was not pleasant. However the worst was the staff. We ordered 2 ginger beers and were told that we had to have ice in it. When we questioned one of the waitresses she told us it was a… government regulation and I should take it up with the government. The other one then said it was a hotel rule and started getting belligerent. When I asked her to refrain from calling me honey (I would be three times her age) she said we could just

The Prince used to do delicious meals. Unfortunately there is a new chef now and the food is awful. Had the fish and chips 2 weeks ago. Fish was so overcooked it was rubbery. This week I tried the beer battered chips thinking the chef couldn't screw them up. They somehow managed to ruin them and they also got to the table half warm. Definitely not eating here again which is a shame because the staff are fabulous and they do great entertainment.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights on weekdays. We stayed in a premium room in the secondary building. The room was nice and had a fireplace and jacuzzi tub as advertised. We were there for my birthday and when we arrived in the room there was a nice card and complimentary chocolates. My one complaint about the room and decor is that it was not necessarily as luxurious or elegant as advertised. The location is perfectly situated in old town. We had the meal plan for dinner on two nights and brunch for two mornings, which was a very good deal. The food at Noble Restaurant was excellent

Very classy hotel. Service was over and above my expectations. Extremely organized. Although they were fully booked but Michelle Miler made sure we have a room for my husband’s birthday. Breakfast was amazing too. From now on I will be staying in this hotel whenever I visit Niagara on the lake area. I recommend this hotel to every picky person like me. You will love everything about this hotel.

Went for High Tea. Amazing! Heavenly cream tea....the name hits perfectly for that tea. There was many choices of teas. We all had our own pots with our choices. The sandwiches was delicious ...the scones so warm and melts in your mouth. Service was amazing. Our server was excellent and catered to our needs. Definitely a must go!
