The hostel is really well placed in the centre of Bunbury, close to the main attractions and the beach. The dorms are clean and comfortable and the facilities are good. Ian the manager was incredibly welcoming and the hostel offers social nights like a free BBQ and pizza night so that everyone can get to know each other!
The hostel also offers a free breakfast of tea/coffee and toast and jam. A pleaseant stay for 2 nights. There was a warm welcome from the staff. The lounge and outside areas were good. The beach is only a few minutes walk away and the centre of the town is not too far either. I stayed here briefly overnight with 3 of my children.

The train from Perth to Bunbury operates most days of the year. If you travel on the Morning Train, there will be a free bus (Note: the Free Bus leaves about 5 minutes after the train arrives so please do not miss it) on Mon' to Sat' only to take you from Bunbury Passanger Terminal (train station) to the city centre bus station (next to the Visitor Information Centre about 4.0km away).
Your groups accommodation at Wander Inn is only a few minutes walk to the beach and main street of the vibrant City of Bunbury. Yes they can, but this will keep your group waiting longer to check in. It is quicker for the group if everyone pays one person in the group and that person attends reception.
ADOPT your very own dolphin like JET here. He visits us all the time and he has plenty of mates that like hanging around as well. Their favorite spot is the beach at the Dolphin Discovery Centre. You have to be early to see them and we're only a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive from the centre so check us out!

I will review appropriately in length after I recover physically & mentally.
I was assaulted by a "tenant" they had the same problem with several times still having him back - leaving me with him with no warning at all.
The cctv footage is harrowing to watch back when it was established I was not lying. All on video and IV requested a copy of the footage without a response.
For now the end of the 10 days of hell I was let go and given (still) no reason at all.
I had 1 night to pack up and leave. Absolutely NO REASON.

Was told I had the farm job, drove 3 1/2 hours from Perth...then rocked up for my first day to be told I don't have a job unless I'm buying accommodation...which I said in the emails that I don't need...and was told that was fine...I have no words...

There was no confusion on my part...I was told to arrive between 8am and 10am...I arrived at 8am...and you told me you would be there in an hour later or to come back in the afternoon...
I have attached the email as proof of the said time, as since you are lying now...

Absolutely an amazing place to go with family or how I did, with friends. Friendly backpackers and campers all around, cooking g stations, 4 or so fridges, pool table, basketball court and a walkable distance to the beach. Another 3 minute walk gets you to the many local cafes and restaurants that are all local business and also a small shopping centre nearby.

This owner prefers money in his pocket, than offering average quality rooms.
His mattresses appear to have been collected on the verge side as they are clearly over 10yrs old!
That is if you care for a quality sleep then do not stay here!
As after asking the owner many times to acquire new mattresses, Ian has not and continues to use the excuse , "I've had No complaints", this after, myself telling him on 6 occasions this past many years. As a result, they have lost my continued business and I recommend to

Worst place ever stayed 3 nights no sleep due to people banging on doors and windows screaming till 4am from drug stuffed idiot who also harassed women verbally and sexually ,got no response from caretaker had to ring owner(who was good) middle of night to contact him but when spoke to his wife she was very rude not sure if owners know have any idea what really goes down there or maybe they do

Do not go there. We were promised a job, but we were stopped again and again. For days I try to reach the hostel by phone or by mail, but no one answers, although I would be willing to pay for a bed, which I… would not need, if they had work ......................... Geht da nicht hin. Uns wurde ein Job versprochen, aber wir wurden immer wieder hingehalten. Seid Tagen versuche ich das Hostel telefonisch oder über die Mailadresse zu erreichen, aber keiner meldet sich, obwohl ich bereit wäre für ein Bett, was ich gar nicht bräuchte, zu zahlen, wenn sie arbeit hätten

The staff is lovely, the room was pretty large and clean, and the location is great, next to the beach and the town center... too bad the manager is a liar who only thinks about his money! He promised us several times he would get us a job, and in one month he only got us two days within the vineyards, 3-hours work each... plus he asks for a 100$ deposit just to apply for the job. When I refused, he wanted to kick us out, same for 2 other guests. So if you're looking for something honest, please look somewhere else!

He owned the only two hostel in Bunbury, so if you say or do anything we wont like, he will banish you of both !
Promises a job but we could only work 3 days in 5 weeks... If he said to you that you have a job, if someone else checks-in in the hostel, he'll give them your job. He doesn't care at all about anybody except himself, and thinks only of money.
The room was full of ants...
Laundry machine works only with cold water (hot water too expensive

Would not recommend - more interested in referring stayers to jobs that these tourists are stealing from our own Aussie citizens - wonder how many were asked for their work visas?? I waited in line to check in for about 15 minutes while receptionist was talking to stayers about work !!!??? now I'm an Aussie and wasn't offered any work ?? I question how legally this place operates - I booked elsewhere in town - not happy

If you love RATS by the kitchen, unsociable argumentative caretakers and the odd fresh out of the asylum aussie this is the place for you. During my month stay here i loved it but only because of the great people that came and went other than that the "free breakfast " is for BREAD that is more suitable for animals. I brought my children to stay here. Anyone can spend lots of money to stay at the fancy motels but here it felt like I was staying at a home. Uncle Paul and Incle Ian and Aunty Bec went out of they way for service that could not be paid for. Bec searches for extra fans so my children would be comfortable on a hot night. Fresh home baked cakes… every day with free coffee and cake Bringing Lilly pops and bikkies to my kids for extra treats. On the scheduled movie day the movie was not appropriate for my kids so Paul went to his home and brought back his family DVD for us to watch. Bringing
