Very bad customer service from office staff and Geoff the Hotel Manager. We did not have access to WIFI and second set of keys which they simply said " you did not get charged for it". Milk inside the fridge were out of date. Very poor customer relation were the staff did not listen to your point and only repeated what they thought is correct. We were charged $50 cleaning fee after the dishwasher had issues washing the dishes. They claimed they have photo proof of the dishes being dirty however once requested, they rejected to share the pictures as " it doesn't show it properly". Very poor stay

Nowella and Geoff were very rude and inappropriate and unhelpful. They have no respect in their tone or attitude. After accepted payments and confirmation of booking, they tried to slap extra charges for a child already registered on the booking. Nowella was particularly rude in the repeated mispronunciation of our names and was not willing to understand the origins of our booking. Also note that the itinerary states air conditioning but be aware that the bedrooms have ceiling fans only and no AC in there. I was told to close the bedroom doors and make sure the main room was cool and then try to

Nice room but dated. I was disappointed that even though we had a three bedroom apartment and there was allocated space for two cars, we were not allowed to park our second vehicle in the car park. No one used the second space the whole time we were there. the space was a double car park nose to tail. It cost us a lot of money to keep finding car parking for the whole five days. The body corporate should think about this and act responsibly. It left a bad taste for our trip.

Unfortunately I don't have much that is positive to say about this hotel. The room was very outdated and dirty. Mouldy curtains and furnishings. Extremely stained cushions, Old wear marks all over bedside lamps, stained carpets, dirty window ledges, plug was stuck in the bath tub hole on arrival, no air con in the second and third rooms which are way over other side of unit where the lounge air-con would never reach.
Usually there would be a king or at least a queen size bed in the main room but there was a very tiny double bed and quite a small room for main also.

We had a lovely experience at the Belle Maison for a weekend. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right decision staying here. Fantastic customer service from Steph at reception who welcomed us warmly. The apartment we were given (17) was immaculate and exceptionally well furnished with a welcoming vibe to it. The cleanliness could not be faulted. The location of the Belle Maison is handy to all that one would need. Far enough away from the action, but close enough to partake if one desires. We found this apartment very quiet and peaceful with great views.

Booked this stay prior to the Brisbane lockdown and decided to make the very difficult choice of cancelling the trip to QLD based on recommendations for the Victorian Department of Health. My partner and I are in constant close contact with our elderly grandparents, so with multiple contact locations popping up on the GC following the Brisbane/Byron Bay outbreaks, it was a risk we simply could not take. The hotel made no effort to assist us in any way and kept the entirety of the amount paid, $915 for three days. This unused, empty room will now cost us $915 - no cleaning will need to take place

We always book an accommodation to them and they even told us to go direct to their website. When we booked an accommodation we sent a request regarding our room, weeks before check in. Sadly we never get an answer until the day we need to check in that our room is on 1st level. Badly we can’t cancel anymore but if we knew it earlier we probably did. Not very happy at all and surely we probably not going back there anymore. Sadly they lost another good client. We stayed with them at least 3x a year.

Despite the room we booked not being available 2 days prior to our arrival, our stay here was great. The replacement apartment was beautifully decorated and well appointed. Very clean, with a partial beach view. The complex has a lovely pool area with toys available for the kids, coupled with a beautiful spa. The staff were very helpful, organising a number of things we required post our arrival.
