Our bright modern studio space is saturated with natural Light. The laid back ambience along with our edgy designer fit out transforms you away from the hustle and bustle of Carlisle Street. The studio temperature is maintained to a comfortable 25 degrees. High-end Mats are provided at no additional charge.
Tzvia's yoga journey spans over 15 years. Having explored many styles, her teaching journey began in Mysore, India where she completed Hatha yoga training. Passionate about the freedom, peace of mind, joy and the health benefits that come from yoga Tzvia creativity guides students through the practice.

Once daily practice. 3,6,12 month membership may be suspended once per quarter (3months) for up to 2 weeks. Class cancelation requires 12 hours notice. An unattended class or late cancelled class by a membership holder will incur a $25 charge per class. Sometimes we just feel stuck. We may require extra guidance and support.
I really enjoyed it, it was a great refresher and good to dive back into some of these subjects. I particularly enjoyed the self discovery work, discussing yoga philosophy again. I gained a lot from the hands on adjustments and key postures clinics as they were practical, group oriented and I left with some new skills to try out in class.

I LOVE UpDog Yoga :) I had never done yoga before I joined in 2020, I can definitely see noticeable differences in my body β I have gained so much flexibility and strength and it's great for my mind. The teachers are warm and welcoming. Moon Flow and Yin are my favourite classes :) I love the variety in teachers also, I learn different things from them all :) I definitely recommend.

I've been practicing with UpDog for the last six months and I can honestly say that its been one of the best decisions I've made to help my physical and mental well being. Prior to UpDog, I had been doing the occasional yoga class but the focus was purely on stretching and flexibility. For me, what makes UpDog special is the holistic approach that they take towards yoga where the physical aspect is as important as the spiritual aspect. As a student I've been practicing at Updog for 4 years and I'm now honoured to teach here as well. It's a wonderful community and a beautiful light filled studio space to be in.
