Very central being in the town and within walking distance to beaches. Parking available in the complex. Staff friendly and helpful. The flights of stairs would be an issue for disabled if you wanted to be higher than ground floor.

Our second time and its always enjoyable. Great location and we saved on hire car being able to walk everywhere. There is a real relaxed friendly vibe that makes you feel at home. Dont look past those extra things you dont get elsewhere....free washing machines and dryers, ironing board and iron, tissues!, serviettes, fridge that keeps your beer cold, dishwashing liquid and the best coffee in town just 10 steps away. Not sure what cleaner they use but the rooms smell just beautiful! Value for money! Never tire of the tuscan feel...

What a nice place to stay for a week !
Yes, the building has aged a bit. Yes, there is a bit of a wear and tear feel to it …
But, I think that they have done a good good at keeping the place on good condition. It is well maintained.
The room I stayed in was great. Relatively large one bedroom apartment, overlooking the back of the property.
The pool area was small, but quaint.
The whole property has a nice, Tuscan, homely feel to it. And, it is in the middle of Port Douglas, easy walk to everything!
And it was great value in the low season.
I would love to stay here again.

The complex was nice and quiet even though you are in the heart of Port Douglas.
You are within walking distance of most of the attractions that the town has.(cafes, restaurants and shops)
The room itself was a single bedroom apartment that was clean, tidy & spacious.
The bed was comfortable & there was plenty of hot water.
Overall it was a lovely place to stay at a very reasonable price.
Will definitely stay there again. 👍👍

Great location and spacious apartments, fully air conditioned. The apartment was very clean upon arrival.
The one bedroom apartment does not look like the pictures in the advertisements, where you are lead to believe that the kitchen and bathroom has heen refurbished.
The apartment is dated, and cutlery and crockery is a mix and match of different shapes, sizes and colours.
The bed was quite uncomfortable and pillows very soft.
