This is the best place to live with reasonable rent, peaceful environment and it is very close to the city and the Queen Vic market. People here are accommodating and understanding. The staff is very understanding and helpful. They address your concerns and help resolve them ASAP. I am extremely happy with Rooms International.

Established over 20 years ago, Rooms International is a trusted and experienced Australian owned student accommodation provider in Melbourne. Our friendly management team really understand what students need and are always there to support them. We make renting easy for students new to Melbourne or living for the first time away from home.
If you accept an offer to rent, we will need a deposit and 1st month's non-refundable rent paid in advance before we can secure the room for you. While we give preference to students looking for leases which follow the typical academic semester dates, we understand everyone has a different circumstance and will try to make sure you have a lease period that you are comfortable with.
