Quiet, clean and friendly staff. I don't know what all the lower start reviews were about. I found them fantastic for a short stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and parking was great.

1950/60's building with 1990's reno. Clean, tidy, comfortable with helpful friendly staff. Close to tram stop(route19 stop19 easy to remember only 400m away) great shopping centre at barkly square approx 1km away. Quite neighbourhood with plenty of parks.

My husband, Lou and I were very warmly greeted by Harry upon checking in. He is very welcoming, cheerful, courteous and helpful. The room was a good size with an extra large bed. The kitchen had a toaster, kettle and utensils, etc. Besides coffee and tea, biscuits were thoughtfully included. The motel was well located with easy access to public transport and eateries. We enjoyed our stay at Parkville Motel. It is good value for money and we highly recommend it.
