Before starting Revolution Yoga, I worked in the corporate world for over a decade. Like many of us I found yoga out of necessity, seeking relief from the stress of a fast-paced life of juggling work and family commitments. Yoga kept me sane and I found myself wanting to slot in more yoga time to balance out the stress with more peace and bliss.

We have exactly what you are looking for and more! Join us in our Virtual Yoga Studio for enjoyable, convenient live streamed classes and recorded content.
The Yoga for Beginners 6-Week Course is the first step on a journey to good health, vitality and a peaceful mind. The course is a practical experience of Yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation. Suitable for beginners of all ages and abilities as well as for those practitioners who wish to refresh their knowledge.
Yoga promotes overall health, it reduces high blood pressure, anxiety, stress, pain and inflammation and more! Yoga helps improve fitness through improving muscle strength, balance, focus, awareness and flexibility. Yoga helps you sleep better and promotes positive mental health and a calmer approach to challenges you face.
There's access to our Members Area with replays of live classes you can watch anytime (in case you missed it live or loved it and want to do it again), and pre-recorded offerings being added regularly. Like the idea of online but want to come to classes too, the Lotus Yogi Membership is for you, only $39 a week.

I joined the beginner yoga class, and instantly felt welcomed and comfortable. Our teacher Danielle’s warm and caring nature puts you at ease straight away. Her voice is very soothing and instruction easy to follow and can be adapted to everyone’s abilities. If you would like some time for yourself to relax and centre yourself, this is the class for you.

As someone who hates the gym or big classes, I was delighted when I found revolution yoga. Small, personal, calming and enjoyable. For the first time ever I’ve wanted to keep going back. Danielle has the most calming voice and passion for yoga and its infectious. I’d recommend this to anyone who is either like me and new to yoga or an experienced Yogi!

Danielle encompasses everything that yoga is meant to be. Her calm approach and dedication, her knowledge of asanas along with passing on to us what part of the body and organs are benefiting, to helping us improve our poses and endurance.
And of course the peaceful relaxation and breathing. This is yoga ! I love it.
