I began practicing yoga when I was just 14 as part of many additional trainings I did when I was a competitive swimmer for one of South Australia's top clubs, at this point in my practice yoga was just something that I enjoyed, made me fitter and helped my swimming. In 2015 when I was 15 years old I had double knee surgery and was told I would take months to recover, this is when my mental image of yoga changed.
Immediately after the surgery I continued to practice yoga, my regular twice a week and each time I did I saw significant improvements. Yoga helped me recover so significantly that I was ready and able to go back to my full swimming training and cross fit within 12 days of surgery. This astonished me and I knew from then on that yoga was simply something I couldn't go without!

I absolutely loved the class! great space, clean and welcoming environment for a beginner to yoga like me. My first few classes I didn't have a mat, block or strap but all the equipment was there for me to use. The instructor is always energetic and smiling, which always makes me smile and enjoy myself at every class...
