Appetence Families
Together we guide the body to prepare for birth, attempting to start labour sooner than nature intended. My wish is to preserve and enrich the natural process of pregnancy & empower women to have a connecting and instinctual birth, that fuels the initiation of appetence & transition into motherhood.

Together we guide the body to prepare for birth, attempting to start labour sooner than nature intended in the comfort of your own home. This massage is a gentle, relaxation massage using Doterra Essential oils. I use these oils along meridians to relax & detoxify the body int he comfort of your own home.
Services
To create balance in the bodies ligaments, muscles and tendons (LMT) surrounding the uterus & pelvis. You often won't realise LMT imbalances until you experience complications, either late in your pregnancy or throughout your labour when it's almost too late. An emergency caesarean due to 'failure to progress', 'obstructed labour', or told 'your pelvis is too small.'.
Help women enter their birth with balanced ligaments, a calm & confident mindset, natural pain relief techniques, & a support person with tools and knowledge, creates an 'Appetence' stimulating birth. Entering birth with balanced ligaments, a calm & confident mindset, natural pain relief techniques, & a support person with tools and knowledge, creates an 'Appetence' stimulating birth.
Rescueblue specialise in a truly valuable hands on paediatric first aid workshop that is aimed at empowering parents with the skills needed to deal with a life threatening emergency. You will learn what to do when seconds count! They bring their experience from the field to the classroom, to provide you with the necessary training, and teach you what you need to know when moments count.
Appetence Families yoga is instructed by registered and practising midwife, Amy Paulinich. This yoga class is designed to help you practice poses that create balance and alignment in the pelvis, pelvic floor, and ligaments to encourage your baby into the optimal position for a functional and less complicated birth.

I’d loved the body balance workshop, As a nurse myself I understand the importance of modern medicine but truely believe in the importance of having faith, listening to and understanding our bodies. Amy has expert knowledge when it comes to understanding the pre and post natal anatomy and physiology and the importance of balancing the ligaments, muscles and tendons surrounding the uterus and pelvis to ensure a functional, smoother birth. I learnt so much and think this class is a must for all mums (and dads)!

I highly recommend Appetence Families. Amy brings her midwifery knowledge into the classes to help empower you to prepare for a positive birth experience. I also love the chats afterwards over a cup of tea with Amy and the other expecting mums, the community connection is really supportive.

Absolutely enjoyed my first term of dedicated pre-natal yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️ Amy is fabulous and a great teacher. It's been great to do something totally pregnancy related as opposed to just trying to fit in with other classes. Highly recommend Amy's classes :) 💓

Pelvic Floor and Breastfeeding Goodness Workshop
This workshop was an excellent combination of two topics that are so important but that as a first time mama I didn’t find out enough about during pregnancy. After having difficulty once my first baby was born, I wanted to be better prepared second time around. This workshop made it so easy for me to gain the information and practical tips I needed, face to face, in one place, at one time. I thank Amy and Caitlin for providing the opportunity to be so much better educated and empowered for this journey with my second bub. They are truly lovely

Amy is amazing! Her slow, calm voice guides you through a different yoga flow each week, all preparing you in a different way. She tells you which moves are good to relieving pains and which ones help lubricate the joints and pelvis to get the baby in a good position. She is also a midwife so is a wealth of knowledge, without making you feel like any question is a silly one.
She is there to answer any questions and makes you feel extremely comfortable to be able to conquer birth and beyond. Highly, highly recommend.

Amy is so nurturing! I had a private body balance session which I believe wholeheartedly supported my beautiful birth. I am now attending postnatal yoga and absolutely love it! Amy really goes above and beyond to ensure I get an enjoyable, relaxing session moving my body. Such a great vibe in her classes!
