My name is Debra Bragana and I am the Founder of Anchoring Your Life Counselling, a Private Practice located in a suburban area in Cleveland, Redlands. Here you will find the service is personal and your privacy is a priority. I am originally from South Africa and after spending a few years in the beautiful, picturesque country of New Zealand, my family made our way to the stunning sunny skies of Australia where we now call home.

Helping you to slow down your interactions in conflict situations so that you can both learn to understand how you both get triggered, how to make sense of what you are feeling and how to move through these situations in a better way whilst supporting yourself and your partner.
There are many different tools available on the internet to evaluate your relationship so what makes this one any different?

This is an evidence-based process, developed from over 40 years of research by Dr John Gottman, that gives you an overview of the health of your relationship right now while also providing you with professional feedback which includes some tools and strategies that you can put in place immediately to start improving the health of your relationship further.Assessments are done online via a secure video platform.
Before applying for a divorce, couples who have been married for less than two years, must attend an appointment together with a Counsellor to discuss the possibility of reconciliation. At the end of this session, if reconciliation is not an option, the Certificate will be completed by the Counsellor.

Debra has been super helpful at giving me relaxing strategies to be able to help me get through the things I’m going through. Her sessions are relaxing and she gets to the root of the problem to try and fix it and work around it. I feel I can really benefit from coming to see her. She is really kind and caring and is a good listener. I enjoy my sessions with her and I’m looking forward to the positive outcome at the end.
Thank you 😊

Debra has a pragmatic approach to understand the cause(s) of what may be the driver behind current experiences, and this is important when one wishes to understand the current emotions and actions.
