All our cottages are self- contained they are set within half an acre of tranquil landscaped gardens - each with its own private verandah offering you views over the river - the perfect place to relax and re-charge. In our one bedroom spa cottages you can choose from Ella's Cottage our beautiful cottage with its romantic antique wooden four-poster queen size bed, Or would you rather Savannah's Cottage with its wrought iron queen size bed?.
Jessica's Cottage is our beautiful three bedroom 120 year old heritage cottage. All bedrooms have period style queen size beds including a single day bed in the upstairs bedroom. Jessica's cottage has a separate Lounge, Dining, meals, fully appointed kitchen, two bathrooms and two toilets. Stay comfortable with the hydronic heating and reverse cycle cooling.
Wesburn Cottage is a gorgeous newly renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is located in the town of Wesburn which is 3 min drive before Warburton. With all the mod cons and with beautiful country charm. The open plan living and kitchen looks over the front verandah, the perfect spot for a coffee or wine and relax at the table listening to the birds.
Charnwood Cottages in Warburton are only 70 kilometres east of Melbourne, reached via a beautiful drive through the villages of the Upper Yarra Valley. Warburton is an historic gold-mining town which experienced its gold rush from the 1860s to the turn of the century. In the early 1900s, Warburton became a much loved mountain retreat for Melburnians at the weekend.
Your cottage is to be left in a clean and tidy condition, all dishes are to be washed / placed in the dishwasher. All the rubbish is to be placed in the bins. Failure to do so will incure a cleaning charge. Bond / Security Deposit-A valid credit card must be provided prior to checking in as a form of security deposit in case of damage.

Thank you for an amazing stay at your lovely cottages. It was the perfect quick getaway for us. Lovely and clean, little extra's in the room to enjoy and purchase. Love our Lemongrass candle we bought and took home. Enjoyed our breakfast each morning on the balcony overlooking the Yarra River and into the mountains. And most of all one of the best beds we have slept on when on holidays and our getaways.

Extraordinarily disappointing service from the owner. I booked and paid for accommodation 4 hours prior to the 2nd COVID-19 lockdown announcement after speaking with the owner who claimed they were “well away from the Covid hotspots and unaffected (we are from regional Victoria and the cottages are included in the locked down area).
The owner is unrepentant and refusing to enter into any conversation, or provide a refund even though we are not legally able to stay.
Considering the government has a relief fund which is easily accessible for accommodation suppliers to recoup money from lost cancellations
