At Mind Body Space we believe in a holistic approach to wellness. We believe exercise should be a way of life and not a chore. We believe personal fitness and good nutrition together deliver long term health. We believe we are all powerful beyond measure. We believe a healthy mind and a healthy body are one and the same and cannot be separated.

We believe whenever there is change in the mind or the body equally there is change in our personal space. We believe there are only two options, make excuses or make progress. METAFIT is a body weight HIIT (high intensity interval training) group fitness class offering varying work and rest timings all done to some groovy music that will leave you jumping for joy!

I really enjoy working with people like YOU - who are ready to take back their life and start moving their bodies because it feels amazing, not because they have to. Once this 'movement as medicine' is sparked they find themselves starting to effortlessly eat cleaner because it gives them oodles of energy.
People even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed and rejuvenated. Give yourself the gift of time and indulge in life on our rejuvenating, peaceful and transformational 4 day retreat. Does your soul yearn for some time to simply stop and slow down to reconnect with yourself, your heart space, your desires and your goals?
We have the best of intentions of starting off great on Monday to eat better and exercise more after over doing it on the weekend. Then Monday comes around and you feel strong for a day or two then something simple like a catch up with the girls or a business lunch comes along and we find ourselves back at square one.
The struggle of the juggle is real. Without the right education, support and structure, making our physical and emotional health and well-being a priority is a tough journey to embark upon. Even if you know what to do to become strong, happy and healthy, what is stopping you from achieving it? Is it a lack of desire, lack of knowledge and motivation or does the problem lie within?

In Feb 2019 I started Metafit with Wendy. When I moved cities in Dec I had lost 3cm from my hip measurement & my strength and stamina were massively improved. I had never even done a lunge before, but Wendy encouraged and supported me. As my fitness improved I started sleeping better, and carrying my grocery bags got easier too. Moving house in Dec I was surprised to find that my chronic neck pain did not flare up, no doubt as a result of the strength work at Metafit. Wendy's motivation has helped me push myself past my fitness comfort zone and reap the rewards. I can take that with me where ever

Love my Saturday metafit with Wendy from Mind Body Space. It gives me all the energy I need to get me through the weekend.
Wendy is full of positivity and definitely knows her stuff! Would 100% recommend Mind Body Space.

Wendy is the best trainer for any fitness level. Not only does she train my body but she trains my mind and really keeps me on track. She is positive, inspirational, honest and unique. Each week she changes it up to make it interesting and she understands my body and works to my limits, while also challenging me.

I’m 57 and was really feeling it! But I can highly recommend Wendy to anyone. She has been such a motivation and an education, has helped me with muscle problems of overuse, misuse and no use! Taught me correct techniques and has guided me to good health in mind, body and soul. I now have my energy levels back, have managed to lose the kgs and seriously found my mojo!!

I am an ex footballer in my mid 50s and have had ongoing knee issues for years. I didn't even know what Metafit was when I started doing the classes with Wendy 6 months ago. I have now lost 8 kgs, my knees are pain-free and I find that the energy I get from Wendy's Metafit workouts continues long after the classes finish ! I really look forward to every Metafit session now. Wendy is an amazing, helpful and motivated instructor whose enthusiasm is infectious. Best thing I ever did - Metafit rocks !!
