Chrissy has an extensive work background, studying and working in a wide variety of industries before the fitness industry claimed her. Chrissy has now worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years, in many different roles. She's worked on the reception desk of a fitness centre, and ventured into sales, public relations & management before moving to group fitness & personal training.
