Stayed here for 3 nights in April. First issue is that access to the executive apartment is via a garage only which leads into a bedroom. I asked reception the following day if there was another way to enter, but she said there wasn't. Accommodation description doesn't mention there are two extremely steep staircases, not suitable for anyone with children or elderly visitors. I witnessed my 26 year old daughter slip down the staircase on day two and she was left covered in bruises and very sore, watching her fall I was grateful nothing was broken. I asked reception on day one if we could cast shows

Very clean, comfortable and modern facilities at a very reasonable price. We had a 2 bedroom unit. Plenty of space with a full kitchen, bathroom and ensuite. When travelling again we will definitely stay here. Huge shopping centres only minutes away.

Not a great experience on arrival.
Not being able to access our apartment after a long day of travelling was very annoying. Reception closed. Extremely frustrated, when we should of been given our access code & apartment number prior to arrival.
All calls, messages & emails during the day from myself were ignored. Promise of a small refund for the inconvenience never eventuated. I dont think we would stay there again.

We have a booking for the next two days and would like to cancel due to the flood situation. We have been told we have to wait until the morning to have a decision made by a Ruth who gets into work at 9.00am. This is totally unacceptable and appaling service in the current circumstances and a full refund should be issued without hesitation. Hopefully they will decide to refund sooner rather than later so I can change the rating on this review?

I stay here every time I'm in Newcastle. Initially this was due to very close proximity to the regional office as well as Charlestown Square; the professional service, clean rooms and staff willingness to deal with issues promptly have kept me coming back since.

We booked a deluxe?? Studio. It was small, basic but adequate and very clean.
We had to wait until 3.30pmto get an access code even though we had said we wanted access at 2pm. There is no reception so all done via phone. The guy we dealt with was so rude I was shocked. Couldn’t believe that he was representing a business. I spoke to him a few days prior to our arrival as well and he was rude then too. Couldn’t answer my questions, said “I’ve gotta go”.!!!!!

Very spacious, aircon is great, modern apartments. The only down side is that the garages are really small. Lucky we bought our small car and not our land cruiser

Positives:
- Very spacious.
Negatives:
- I had old drink bottle caps and a water bottle under the end of my bed when I arrived. The main rooms carpets were not very clean.
- Excessive cobwebs and cockroaches outside and inside
- Blinds were broken in the main room upstairs and even fell completely off the hinges on my second night.
- Noise travelled through the apartments quite easily. I could hear next door walking around and talking of a night time.
- The end parking spot was very difficult to park in with a bigger car, almost impossible to get out of when the car park was full.

Great size easy to locate & park everything you need for a home away from home. Walk to Charlestown Square short drive to all the beaches. Prefect ☺️👌

4 stars.
Lovely rooms with plenty of beds: our "two bedroom apartment" slept 6 people easily. I would rank it higher but some of the fittings and cups were looking a bit tired. Good price though.
