This is without a doubt the worst place I have ever stayed in. None of the windows had curtains or blinds so we were woken up at 6am when the sun came up. The shower didn’t drain properly so he had to go to toilet in a puddle of water. All of the towels were dirty and still wet from previous customers. None of the doors closed properly. TV in the bedroom didn’t work and we couldn’t change the volume on the other TV. Never stay here. Sleeping under a bridge is better than staying here

Oh where do i start?
Positives:
- great location in Hamilton with cool restaurants/ bars close by
- super comfy new mattresses
- didn't have a dingy feel
Everything else:
- checking in is a nightmare
- parking is a really long way away, like a 10 minute decent walk and it's hard to get a spot out front to at least load/ unload your car
- if you do get a parking spot $20 per night, don't have a big car. Our subaru outback barely fit, our ute would not have fitted
- rooms have been renovated but aircon outlet doesn't reach to bedroom so expect a hot night (pun intended)
- shower/ bath is

Called and booked over the phone direct , Didn't catch the man's name but he Suggested BOB for my needs, while battling home issue in the background.. so basically it's really good place and really bad place.
Pros; he gave me small discount on Agoda rate and the Apparment had beautiful styling.
Small Cons; 1. the parking info was to "try" look at 4x near by streets.. I got lucky on Murray st. 2. WiFi instructions suggested incorrect SSID ,, there is no "BOB28" WiFi ..
Big Con!!!; the bedroom sliding was unhinged and secretly packed away, with its railings leaving zero privacy, from lounge room

First of all, main page shows parking available. What they don't tell you is that it costs an extra $20 for a limited secure parking NOT at the apartment. Street parking are limited to one hour only Monday - Saturday. I also didn't find any mention of the bonds required for the apartment of $150 each room. Which takes about 10 working days to get back to your account. Money aside, my room smells like cigarettes, even though they mentioned that it was a strictly non smoking Apartments. I guess that's the downside of service Apartments without on-site staff. No one to control the building, such as

Do NOT waste ur night away from home in this place under any circumstance!!! Here are the reasons:
- No towel provided
- room not serviced properly, chairs dirty, crumbs everywhere, dishes cutlery and cups had stains all over them.
- very noisy as close to main road
- booked spa delux room with x-large double bed, but got two single bed stick together, kept moving and was extremely uncomfortable let alone the stains and dirty sheets
- the spa didn’t look pleasant or clean, didn’t use at all
- the living space was designed more like tax agent office, and not cosy or comfortable!

Very rude owner/ manager! Aircon wasn’t working in our room. We checked in late, called emergency number nobody answered. Called them the next day being a Sunday and when I spoke to the manager he was very rude and abrupt! Was literally screaming over the phone. He said if I wasn’t happy why didn’t we leave? I asked for a refund for that night and he refused. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone even for free! Kitchen was infested in small cockroaches! 🤮🤢

This was not what we booked. No parking,no door on bedroom ,no towels on arrival, when we received towels they only gave us 2 and we had booked for 3 people for 3 nights. One of the towels had brown stains on it. The double bed was two single mattress on a double bed base that didn't even match in the centre. no parking which we neeed then charged us $20 for a carpark a block away. Checked out after one night ( not much sleep ) to find more appropriate accommodation.
Refunded for 2 nights but then when asked about Tax invoice they told me they couldn't do it, I said I needed one ,oh wow they worked

Expecting a reception as there used to be so stuck roaming around trying to workout what was going on. Room service dinner & breakfast was part of the booking made for me. But none available anymore. can hear every blinking thing that the people next door & across the hallway are doing, watching & saying. the big bag of rubbish outside the room across stinks. aircon doesn't cool the bedroom, been on for over 5hrs,and bedroom still feels hot & muggy. will never come back again. Such a shame as I'd always been very happy staying here in yrs gone by.
