Stayed in three bedroom apartment - Very spacious.
Arrived after hours - check in was simple.
Tidy apartments with everything needed.
Was concerned prior with some reviews however none seemed true.
Was noisy, early in the mornings (5am) due to being on Hunter Street and a construction site next door

Great location, spacious apartment with great facilities for a week’s stay with family. The 3 bedroom apartment was tired and needs a refresh and some general maintenance (poor lighting, threadbare carpet). Heaps of storage, shelves and drawers to unpack and really feel at home, though needed a more thorough clean to use. Excellent in-room laundry, secure undercover parking, bike friendly, kitchen with basic utensils (not quite enough to cook anything other than basic meals) however has potential if you bring a few things with you or purchase during your visit (eg over tray/pan, oven mitt, peeler

Extremely disappointed with the service, quality and cleanliness of this hotel! Thought we would be staying in a 4 star hotel and were greeted with a foul smell throughout the hotel as well as holes in the wall, broken handles on the balcony and bedroom doors, and mould in the showers. Did not feel comfortable here at all - literally had to sleep with full clothing on just because it felt gross. Nowhere near close to what the photos portrayed the room was to be.
My complaint was handled with pure sarcasm and no one willing to help at all. Only reason we stayed is because there was physically nowhere

The apartment was NOT clean, the balcony doors were unable to be unlocked or opened and an old pair of shoes were left there. Bathroomshad mould, blinds were dirty and some fittings were loose or damaged. If I were the owner of this apartment or any apartment managed by Newcastle Central Apartments I'd expect much, much more...

Great for a cheap getaway but you get what you pay for. Surface clean apartments with old rough furniture. The rooms are in need of a deep clean and some air freshner

Booked accommodation in September 2020, and they have just cancelled it on me, saying they overbooked. It's for 18 people and everything in Newcastle is now booked out. Absolutely disgusting.

Very spacious apartment. Great views, friendly staff. Short walk to local club, shops. Pool was good as was gym. Recommended.

Great room and good location, staff are great. Car park very small for larger vehicles. I would stay here again.
