Pool is nice but too small and overcrowded. Pool service from 11am - 4.30pm for some reason, pool open 7am-9pm. One large group of predominantly middle aged overweight mothers spent 100% of the pool service hours during our 2 days here taking up 80% of the seats and letting their delinquent kids act like gorillas. Because of this, our middle day (only full day here) we couldn’t use the pool during pool service hours AT ALL - which is the only reason we chose this place over others that were cheaper.

If there was a 0 score I'd give it. This place looks great in the photos but is far from the photos and the price for what you get is ridiculous! Cockroaches roam freely, rooms weren't clean, coffee stains still on the bench so we moved to another room, TV didn't work properly, the floors were gross and even worse in public areas like the lift and hallways. Only plus is the offer a free night as they couldn't refund us that we'll NEVER use.

Firstly, FALSE advertising on this hotel the balcony was tiny like probably 1 metre staff were SO rude asked them several times to help with warm milk for my sons bottle from the coffee machine and she told me to wait for after breakfast ..... they had no micro wave which I found very inconsiderate for kids & infants.

To start off the hotel is absolutely lovely, the location is ideal for a mini getaway as you are within 5 minute drive of everything including cafes, westfields shopping centre, beaches and the animal reserve. Our room was perfect and right next to the pools which we also loved. There was 2 pools, and a spa which remained clean and amazing to swim in.
However, the hotel does not deserve 5 stars due to their reception staff needing an attitude check. Cleaning staff were extremely lovely woman, they are respectful, helpful and always had a smile on their faces. They were always there when we needed

Used to rave about this place to others... not anymore.
First night, there was a cockroach in my bathroom running around. Second night, had NO parking. We spent $330 a night and had to park our car away from the hotel. $660 for the weekend and no parking close by. We woke up to the sound of the loudest kids in the pool at 7am. Boom gates are permanently up so anyone is able to park there. Boom gates should be down! The hotel key Is used to get out of the carpark, so why are they permanently up? What a waste of so much money! Won't be coming back

We were in a room that advertised it had a balcony. The "balcony" was so small you couldn't even walk out on it. We went to the bistro in the club for dinner and the staff stalk your table and the second you finish a drink they are in your face reaching over the top of you trying to take things from your table and then the breakfast took over 45 mins for burnt toast and terrible coffee.

Absolutely disgusting. I booked this hotel for my wife and I to stay after getting her covid vaccine due the proximity to the John Hunter hospital. My wife has a severe allergenic immunological disorder and is 7 month pregnant. Due to the serious risk of allergic reaction/ delayed allergic reaction to her vaccine we needed to be close by a major hospital. I myself have already had my first vaccine and am waiting on my second. Upon arrival we were denied from the hotel due to us not having a second vaccine yet and left without a place to stay. We booked through Agoda and at at no point was any of

My husband and I stayed here on Monday night the 5/7/21, check in was great and went smoothly, room was clean and tidy. Check out wasn’t very good, lady was quite rude, she keep on saying I will be with you in a minute, while is was doing other paper work, 5 minutes later she served us, I always thought customers come first and other things can wait. We got a surcharge for a credit card, we don’t own a credit card, which no one told us about. Not sure if we will be back we have been staying here for years and never had any problems before.

Hard to say that there is anything to really recommend this place.
Good stuff:
Location is good, close to shops, restaurants in new lambton.
Guy who checked us in was REALLY nice and helpful.
Pool area is pretty. Though you have to get towels at the front desk which is a bit of a hassle.
Rooms are clean but uninspiring.
bad stuff:
It's in a club. You have to sign all the club rigmarole, and that's a hassle. Doesn't help that I hate clubs.
Noisy - we are near the breakfast room, so there is lots of yapping going on outside. Also, rooms are poorly soundproofed.
