2 stars. I enquired about viewing a rental property. Was told by the agent that he would call me back with a time and date that afternoon or the next day. I received no phone call, so I called him back the following day to enquire again. He didn't answer. He did call me back later however, when I told him who I am he then became rude and extremely abrupt. This review will not help to get a house, but I am fed up with agents discriminating us as we have pets. We have lived in a farm environment for many years and we have excellent references. This story needed to be told. No one died and made them

I highly recommend McCann Properties to anyone looking to sell a property in Canberra. I had to sell my deceased brother's property and I live interstate which obviously made things very difficult. Mark and Shannon both provided the highest level of professionalism, support and guidance throughout the process of getting the property ready for sale. Shannon was brilliant at managing the various trades and other services required and keeping me completely informed of progress at all times.
