We welcome you to our studio where you will find inspiration, a sense of calm, and the warmth of the Unfold community. It is the alignment of the postures that brings equilibrium to mind and body. Blankets, bolsters, belts and other props are a feature of the method whereby they facilitate alignment and offer support in the asanas.

A progressive approach is taken which starts with preliminary practices in the Beginners courses to assist correction of postural imbalances, and progresses to deeper instruction when attending from Level 1 to 2 classes. Our aim is to provide a safe and spacious environment for you to come and release, relax and re-energise.
Services
We are a specialist yoga studio located in the heart of the Adelaide Hills. Unfold Yoga + Wellbeing was established in Mount Barker by Loretta Voivodich in 2012. Loretta has been teaching yoga in the Adelaide Hills for over 15 years and built up a firm following of students who have felt the real difference yoga can make to their physical and mental wellbeing.
If you are looking to re-start your yoga journey with us, want an introduction as a beginner, or you wish to find your confidence after a break from physical exercise, then join the eight week Introductory Yoga Course. Choose from of either one class per week for eight weeks, or the Intensive option of up to three classes per week for eight weeks.
This 8-week introductory yoga course teaches the preliminary 29 poses that offer a basic and progressive start to learning yoga. This course is ideal for people who are completely new to yoga, or for those who are returning to yoga after a break from exercise.

Our course is taught in the Iyengar method, created and developed over 75 years by Yogacharya BKS Iyengar and is recognised as the most widely adopted yoga method in the world renowned for its focus on precision, alignment, sequencing, timing and the use of props.Regardless of your age or level of fitness, you can enjoy the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of Iyengar Yoga.

Concession prices are valid for full time students, pensioners and health card holders only.

Unfold Yoga is such a special place! It’s the first Yoga Studio I’ve ever been to, and having been only new to Yoga, the teachers took excellent care to get to know me and my body to ensure I was getting the most out of my classes. I love going to classes each week and after going for a few months now, I can’t imagine my week without yoga in it!
Teachers are very kind, great professionals and give clear instructions suited to each class members abilities.

After 4 years of practicing , starting as a beginner, I just attended a 4 day intensive course. 2 hrs a morning, 4 days in a row. The personal growth in myself and my practice over the past 4years has been nothing short of life changing and I look forward to the next four. Every one needs yoga, teach it in schools, I am SO happy I walked into Unfold and began this journey!
