Services
The vinyasa flow classes are dynamic yoga classes that focus on improving balance, strength and flexibility. Vinyasa classes are suitable for most levels, with variations offered throughout the class to support beginners. We work the deeper levels of the body by holding the poses for longer and focus on improving our stretch.
We would recommend starting with the yoga foundations or balance and stretch class if you are completely new to a practice. You can expect the teacher to greet you as you walk in and and introduce you to the studio. There are many different types of yoga in Adelaide, to view our current styles of yoga visit our class schedule.
A retreat allows you to take the break that you deserve. Life is full of commitments that keep us busy, such as families, work commitments and general routines. Taking a yoga retreat helps you give back to yourself and take some personal time. You may use the retreat to make some new like-minded friends, or you can just take the time to let yourself rest.
An energizing getaway on the luxurious island of Koh Samui in Thailand. This retreat is a 6 night, 7 day immersion to get deeper in to your yoga practice and revitalize! This retreat is taking part at Vikasa Yoga Retreat, a world-class yoga paradise designed for yoga retreats and yoga teacher trainings.
This certified yoga teacher training program is a two month part time yoga course offering Yoga Theory's most extensive teacher training to date. With over 200 hours of fully interactive yoga coursework, this is one teacher training you can't afford NOT to take. Ben is an experienced registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, graduate from Adelaide Law School and the director of Yoga Theory.

Tracy is an amazing teacher, and also a genuinely lovely person. I appreciated her personal attention and adjustments during the class. She takes time to explain and correct each student's poses before we move on. Looking forward to the next one.

What a beautiful space full of positive energy that has no doubt been carefully and thoughtfully cultivated. The yoga teachers are all so genuinely kind and passionate about the practice they share. After exploring other yoga studios in the city and feeling very disappointed I feel fortunate for finding Yoga Theory and extremely grateful for the space that they hold.

Currently half way through my Yoga Teacher Training 200 hr with Yoga Theory, this course has far exceeded my expectations in all areas of development. Ben and Almendra have shown authenticity in their personality with a true passion and energy for their teachings. The knowledge and experience being shared is empowering and I am extremely grateful for this opportunity. If anyone is wanting to educate and inspire others and delve further into anatomy, muscles and learn about the true essence of yoga I highly recommend this studio for both practice and YTT.

Yoga Theory has been a positive experience so far. Replies to any queries come quickly and the staff are very friendly and helpful with all the questions newbies have! The 2 different classes I have attended have met my expectations and always include the different levels certain poses can be taken at. Highly recommend!

I went to a Vinyasa class taught by Alejandro and I absolutely loved it! The instructor was very patient, explained and demonstrated all poses very well, always provided different options based on difficulty level and constantly moved around the room to ensure everyone was comfortable with the yoga flows. I thoroughly enjoyed the class and I can say it was a really good sweat too! Would definitely recommend and would like to go back for more!

Ben is by far the nicest bloke in Adelaide and coming from a guy that could do a h and stand let alone "downward dog", let's just say he knows how to teach and old dog new tricks. Fantastic instructor, great studio and stoked for the next overseas yoga retreat!!
If you want to give yoga a try but fear it's too hard, try Yoga Theory!
