All mindful fusion yoga classes are based on maintaining function for daily 'moving with ease' using movement exploration rather than striving to reach a final destination on what one perceives to be the perfect 'yoga text book pose.'

Attendance to a regular class by purchasing a 5 or 10 Class Pass not only offers savings on casual class fees but allows you as the student to experience 5 or 10 weeks of the practice to begin to embody a yoga practice from the outside in, meaning you build resources of your internal awareness rather than maintaining an outward external awareness.
No experience is necessary to attend our classes. Students will be given variations and modifications to meet them were there are at, to ensure that a positive experience is had by all. Classes can be attended on a casual 'drop in' basis or by purchasing a Multi- Class Pass offering savings on casual class fees.
