We found Place Bulimba Rentals hopeless. We were continuously contacting our rental managers (various) but our Emails, phone calls & text messages would go unanswered. It was very frustrating. Reading previous reviews obviously nothing has changed. Maintenance issues were never fixed & we were very happy when our lease expired. We would not recommend Place Rentals Bulimba to prospective tenants or landlords. Overall experience definitely not worth 1 star. On the upside their receptionists were lovely.
