As tenants we found them responsive, professional and friendly. They were quick to handle any issues, kept us informed of any changes and were just all round great to deal with. We have leased our property through DV Property Group for a few years now and have found them to be extremely professional. They take pride in managing the rental property to keep it in good condition at all times. We are always well informed of any issues and they have had good communication with the tenants on anything required.

DV Property have managed our property since 2013. As managers they are fair to both owner and tenant with a good knowledge of tenancy legislation.They provide the personalised service you might expext from a small agency.
I would not hesitate to use DVP again for property management and selling.

Just Terrible, best avoided
The worst property management experience I have ever had, property management is handled by inexperienced incompetent juniors who constantly screw up, don't follow up, etc
DV also has a lot or hidden extra costs we weren't made aware of upfront, it seems everything is an extra, even following up on repairs
Do yourself a favor and keep looking, there are much better property management companies out there, any one else is better than DV Property Group

I’m not one to be a Karen . But showed up to their house inspection on time with no one to greet me. Contacted them in which then I was then informed that they had already approved someone else that morning . I understand times a busy around Christmas but a simple email or text message notifying me would have been awesome . Took time of work and drove 20minutes for a house that had already been accepted by someone else!

WARNING - We FIRED DV Property Group
DV advertised our house and didn't turn up to the open house, leaving around 20 people stranded out the front with no agent to show them through
We fired after we were forwarded email showing DV Property Group had lied to us. After we fired DV our Trust Account was drained with questionable fees for services that were not provided, I tried to contact the principal via phone and email, SHE DID NOT RESPOND
We reported DV Property Group to the Office of Fair Trading who after investigating informed me they found DV Property Group in “….breach of section
