I've given these guys a few chances now. They're always booked out for several days and then if you do jag an appointment that suits you, they're behind by an hour.
I can never get a hold of them by phone.
They don't bulk bill, so you can expect to pay the full consultation to just get someone to check an xray that you also paid the full consultation fee, to get the referral.
The doctors I've seen in the past, are alright, but I felt like just another number on a spreadsheet.

Just had my Pfizer shot and would like to comment on the professionalism and caring nature of the Receptionist and Nurse who administered the needle. I hate needles but I didn't feel a thing. !! Such a very busy Medical Centre but I can understand why, as the Doctors and Reception staff do their job so well. I have been there when the girls answer the phone constantly... apparently they get 500 calls per day.. Wow !! The girls are so patient and polite. I've never had any issues and I can't understand why people put in negative reviews. Keep up the good work Ormeau Town Centre Medical Centre.

Ive been trying to ring this practice for the last half n hour with no pick up !!!! I've been put on hold then constantly hung up on !!! I'm in isolation and cannot physically come to this surgery and no one will answer !!! Very unprofessional service !!! Management need to look into their phone service and when you have a phone number to call the staff need to pick up !!! Extremely disappointed !!!

I was looking for a C-cap machine on Google. However this was a big mistake as I was bombarded with different C-cap machines, that caused more confusion. So I booked an appointment with Dr MALABIKA.for a sleep study. I was very impressed how she explained what type of machine was required. She also explained the type of mask I would require and how much air was required including cost and after sales service. I walked out the door very impressed knowing I was in safe hands. I was on the hunt for a new doctor, I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr Annalisa - what a great woman. She was inviting and warm - listened to me & genuinely sounded interested in what I had to say.
I also had blood drawn for the first time in 14 years and Helen was amazing, again warm and lovely and very comforting.
Although there was a wait, I think that’s expected everywhere you go.
It will now be my new go to doctor.
