The Indian lady who occasionally answers the phone is super rude and unhelpful. I had a phone appointment at 9am Saturday, 12pm my script still wasn’t sent to my chemist after calling twice to remind them to please fax it through. I waited till Sunday morning and rang my chemist and they still hadn’t received anything - rang the doctors and the Indian lady said it was sent Saturday morning and hung up on me.
Magically my chemist received it in an email a few minutes later.
How’s about just say sorry I forgot, I’ll send it through now. Gross customer service.

Was told by Dr that he could not help me, he was not interested in me at all and to go back to the clinic where my old Dr practiced from. - hence i recently moved to Coomera. Never before was I treated so badly in my life. Can not believe he is practicing medicine. All he was after was my fee and told to get out.

Absolutely disgusted in the way I was spoke to by a Dr Mehrnosh Mohseni I am very conflicted about the vaccination and have server anxiety about this and was told to STOP ACTING LIKE A CHILD because I got upset when saying how I am scared to take a vaccination as I have two young children that need me. She told me I had depression when I have been the happiest I have been and because I refused to be put on antidepressants when she is trying to force it upon me Id highly recommend NOT going to her absolutely disgusting I will be putting a formal complaint about her.

I’ve been to this Medical Centre a few times now every time I have attended this Center I have been kept waiting, reception are so bad in there bookings they tell you lies as to who’s in on. I ring like 2 times to make sure they have booked in my requests correctly. As I’m a very busy working woman and I’m very time pore. Every time there has been errors. For example I was informed that a doctor I was booked in to see checked skin and the nurse would be here on a Sunday every time you book you are promised everything is all ok with your booking. I'm a patient of Dr Mohseni and I absolutely adore her. I have never had a doctor who cares so much about my wellbeing. She constantly goes above and beyond for me and it couldn't be more appreciated. All the staff at Coomera Town Medical Centre make me feel like apart of the family and I actually look forward to my appointments. Thank you Dr Mohseni for taking such great care of me during my pregnancy. During the last 5 years I have been to several doctor's practices and without a doubt this is the best doctor's practice. They are extremely helpful, professional and caring. This family business has a great atmosphere. You feel this every time you walk through the door. And my GP Dr Imrose Hasan is the nicest doctor around.

I just want to put it out there just how amazing this medical centre is. Since moving to Coomera and struggling to find a doctor that is amazing to not only myself and my wife but is amazing with children! The receptionists are well spoken and very attentive. The manager and the nurse go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are sorted out, they have fit me in at the last hour when I’ve needed something. They all genuinely care and I will never go anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED they need more then 5 stars. Thank you coomera town medical centre🎉

What a great family practice. We found the medical centre when we relocated to Upper Coomera 2 years ago. This practice has been built on kindness, understanding and patience and the team that work here are exceptional - reception staff, nurses and doctors! The variety of services covered by the practice is quite diverse .. almost like a one stop shop for your health. If on the odd occasion there is a slight wait for your appointment you can be sure that when your time does come you will be given the time you need with your doctor. There’s no rushing to get you in and out asap just an attentive
