Dr Hailey has a Bachelor of Health Science (BHSc), Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Diploma of Child Health (DCH) and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). Dr Kish, has been practicing medicine for 18 years. Beginning his career in India, Kish headed to the UK where his passion for General Practice grew.

Spoke to reception twice this morning regarding my sons vaccine appointment today which was changed 3 times and I had to find out through the Hot Doc App. First receptionist I spoke to was absolutely rude and said she would lock in the time I had asked for then hung up on me when I tried to speak. Not even a thank you or goodbye from her. I decide to open my email to find an email saying my sons time is a completely different time to what was discussed AGAIN and the rude receptionist messed up which infuriated me as she spoke to me as if I was a burden on her then hanging up so she DID NOT LISTEN

Reception is extremely rude. VERY RUDE!! Was calling about my young sons vaccination appointment as they had changed the time without telling me. I was lucky to open the Hot Doc App and noticed they changed the times so called to ask why and I was told sharply to get my son to the changed appointment time and because my child’s grandparent was taking my child as I had to work I was asking just a few questions for my mothers behalf in regards to what paperwork she would need to fill out to which I got ‘if my son is already an existing patient she won’t need to fill anything out’ and then

Booked for covid booster. Reception rude - didn’t even ask for ID. GP Dr Uddin called me into nurses room, didn’t ask any questions about me, didn’t do a consult or ask if I faint with needles or have a reaction, didn’t allow me to ask questions about the vaccine (as it was different to last), stuck the needle in, slapped a band aid on and rushed me into the waiting room and said “wait for 10 mins” - bye. I was in there for literally 1 min. . I almost fainted getting up as he rushed me out. It was absolutely the worst doctors surgery I have ever been too. I am reporting to Qld health

Dr S Mondal was rude, and wanted to tell my boss my medical reasons for not being at work today, I told him no as it is not my Bosses business as it is a personal medical reason why i was away from work. He then proceeded to demand i let him have access to my blood tests with other doctors, and wanted approval from me to grant him access Which i Rejected, All i wanted was a medical certificate for today as i called in sick, This seemed to make him mad/annoyed and apparently the only way to get the answers he wanted was through blood tests, didn't matter that i already told him I've had them and

The lady who was on reception was extremely rude. I arrived for my covid vaccine appointment on time and had already checked in but i decided to check with reception and asked a simple question if this was okay. She looked at me with disgust and asked for my surname and never responded to my question. I waited over 45min in the waiting room as my name was not being called. I went back to reception to ask what was going on and if i was in the system but she picked up the phoned instead. She then told me to just wait. I checked back on my app status and it came up as appt already conducted while

I've found Dr Kyaw very good when attending the surgery for a regular appointment, but DO NOT go there for a covid vaccine.!!
First, we were all herded into the treatment room like cattle, our christian names called out like a classroom roll call, randomly and rapidly injected using no aseptic techniques, then told to leave.
Very unprofessional for a vaccine clinic, seems to be a " get them in, get them out " approach, ( probably why the wrong person's details were uploaded to our record on the my gov site, a fact they were unaware of until I contacted the surgery )
Obviously money more important

Beyond disappointed. I’ve attended clinic twice before for antenatal appointments with Dr Nikki which weren’t really thorough already. When discharged from hospital with my newborn I wasn’t sure if this is the doctor I’d trust but had no choice and thought let’s give it a try.
Visit was a total disaster. When I booked the appointment (and I mentioned the newborn) no one told me that they do vaccine appointments in the morning so when I got there there was a line of about 100 people waiting for jabs. No sign of where to go for actual doctors appointments and just totally unorganized.

Great and (can you believe?) fast service. Their system works really well, I never waited for longer than maybe 15 minutes. Drs have always been caring, and I have seen quite a few of them. I've been taking my kids to see Dr Singh, who we really trust, but if we need an appointment for the same day (which is usually possible there), we see whoever is available, and I was always happy with them too. They have a little play area for kids, which helps the wait time go even faster when I bring mine with me. Highly recommend the clinic.
