Our staff of over 15 qualified instructors allows us to differentiate our classes to suit every ability level. Each age group has access to a number of flexible timetable options to suit every student, and each timetabled class is separated into Belt Levels. This ensures that our class sizes remain small, and allows our Instructors to focus on particular skills pertinent to each student's level.
All our Instructors hold a degree in Taekwondo, as well as an internationally recognised Black Belt, 4th Dan or higher. Taekwondo Degrees are only taught at University Level in Korea, the birthplace of Taekwondo, which ensures our Instructors have a full understanding of proper Taekwondo methods, rules and techniques.

A 10-time winner of the Best Club Award, Taekwondo World has been in the Sydney region since 1987. We pride ourselves on our highly accredited Instructors, who are educated at top Sports Universities in Korea. Our Instructors are committed to teaching the fundamentals of Taekwondo, which includes both old and new techniques from South Korea.
Adult/Teen Classes: Endurance training, circuit workouts, core training, body toning, weight loss and self defence. When he arrived in Australia in 1987, Master Yoo started a Taekwondo School in Hurstville and Castle Hill. Under Master Yoo's supervision and tutelage, Taekwondo World has since grown to 3 Full-Time Centres, 5 Part-Time Branches and 3 school outreach programs, along with school holiday clinics and other extra-curricular activities.

I signed up my 3 year old based on a really great one-on-one trial lesson. BIG MISTAKE! All following lessons were with a group and the trainer could no longer keep my sons attention or interest, to the point where my son would cry about having to go and would refuse to put the unfirm on, which to be honest, I don't blame him as its a really cheap stiff polyester that I myself would hate to have to wear. Nonetheless, I decided to put his membership on hold as I thought, he's only three, maybe he'll change his mind in a few months time and want to come back. After his membership was on hold for

I signed my son up here at the start of the year when we moved to the area, he loves it, it has been great for his confidence and the classes are the highlight of his week. The smile on his face when he is in action there is one of the highlights of my week too. The staff are professional and clearly care about what they do and the facilities are great. My wife has just signed up too.

This is the BEST Taekwondo place I have ever been to. The masters are kind, supportive, funny, and reliable. Taekwondo World is a great place for the whole family with the age limit being 3 even the little one can come. My whole family does Taekwondo and I have acheived black belt. It really brings the whole family together. I say give it a go and go to Taekwondo World!

There are many students who attend each session, but the great thing about this place is that there are so many instructors around that they break the class up into smaller groups, to give each student a near individualised tuition.

My two kids have been students at Taekwondo World for over 8 years. Instructors are firm, loving and extremely supportive of theri students. They are gifted teachers and role model for the students. Students are expected to work hard , be respectful and have fun! I cannot say enough good things about Taekwondo World and I have recommended it many times to my friends when they are looking for a Martial Arts program for their family. The prices for classes are very reasonable and my kids have a "second family" there at Taekwondo school. I highly recommend it!

My daughter and I have been taking lessons for about a year and a half. The classes for all ages at each belt level are held at the same time, so I can have class while she is in her class. The instructor are nice, but still push us to out limits. My daughter has enjoyed learning and grown more confident. It is a great place for families.

The instructors are wonderful! My son is 5 and when he began he was slightly timid. With the encouragement from instructors I immediately started to see a difference, being proud to do his best and taking interest in learning the Korean terms. I would definitely suggest Taekwondo World Castle Hill location to anyone looking to try Martial arts.

After visiting three other martial arts studio's in the Hills District for my 4.5 year old son, we walked into Taekwondo World and my son loved it. The masters are wonderful with the children and after being persuaded to join in the adult class I was impressed by their immense patience with all of their students.
I would recommend Taekwondo world to any family and encourage families to take the opportunity to join together.
