Our 1 on 1 personal training is individually prescribed & instructed for your level of fitness, exercise experience, training goals & preferences. Our small group personal training combines the great things about group training with the individualised approach of personal training. We personalise your small group personal training for your goals, fitness level, preferences & training experience. Our small group personal training includes all the same extras as our 1 on 1 personal training - goal setting, nutrition coaching, home training programs and health & fitness appraisals.
We scale our outdoor boot camp sessions to suit all levels of fitness & training experience. Are you new to exercise? We'll help you get started safely. Are you fit & looking for a challenge? We'll find a way to push you to your limits. Great session variety including circuit training, high intensity interval training (HIIT), body weight conditioning, fitness boxing & core strength.
