The staff is amazing here, and that's the biggest thing to me. The hotel an incredible historical building with a beautiful 1920's decor. You have complete views of Sydney, Opera House and the Harbour Bridge via the great rooftop terrace and my room. Every floor is set out different from each other and very unique.
Getting here is easy, with Morgans Boutique Hotel just 15kms away from the Sydney Kingsford Smith International Airport and an airport shuttle service available for guests by request. Sydney's finest cafes, bars and restaurants are at your doorstep with the CBD just a short walk or drive away.

I enjoyed my studio apartment and it was close to Kings Cross station, local Thai restaurant which I enjoyed and walking distance to Coles, and close to my acting coaching in Darlinghurst.I appreciated the great shower, comfy pillows, mattress and kitchen. The staff were friendly.

Stayed in the Raj of Sarawak room, the room itself was lovely but woke up at 1am freezing cold as the heating had gone off, then a horrible rattling noise for 20 mins after putting it back on!! No bath robes provided, no tea and coffee making facilities, not even a cup to have a drink of water, granted we had this room as part of the cyber Monday deal but you would expect far far more from a £300 a night room. Very disappointed!!!

Only visited the bar for a coffee on a Sunday evening, but it was a relaxing experience. Beautiful bar, I love the architecture and decor. Coffee and service was very good. I felt the atmosphere could have been improved by some background music 🎶 (something that suits the place, not your usual mainstream stuff)

No house keeping, couldn't find out from a not in main hotel. Was not advised of this. No cups in bathroom, shower was too hot and could not be regulated. No shower cap. Not enough shower gel.
Mattress way way way too soft. Very uncomfortable.
Will not return

Nowhere near its former glory. The tone was set when we checked in: 3 members of staff huddled together without face-masks, telling us that the restaurant wasn't available but ordering Domino's to our room was fine with them!
The room itself was small and dark - quite underwhelming, particularly when it became clear there were barely any other guests and we could have had one of the larger vacant rooms, had the team been gracious.
It was topped off when we went for an early evening drink in the bar. Had I wanted to sit in a chilly room listening to dub-step on the stereo, and with Pointless on

One of the best - if not the best hotel in Swansea. Free parking, professional but friendly staff. Very comfortable rooms fitted out to a good standard.

Really dissapointed with my stay here. You expect alot more when you spend nearly £200 for one night and really premier inn probably offered more. We stayed in the town house part and honestly i would say dont waste your money on it, go and find a cheaper hotel.
Pros:
Really good central location
Secure Car Park
Nice toiletries
Cons:
You have to get double glazing! Its criminal that a central location close to the nightlife has signle glazing. You will hear traffic and people literally all night.
The walls are paper thin, you will hear other people all night. I could hear up stair conversations

Stayed in the townhouse (a separate building, not the main one). Actually the facilities are great. They even have Cisco intercom:p.
But it’s quite noisy in the building block. you can clearly hear people next door and above. If you sleep not that well at night, avoid this hotel.
Apart from the noise, all other things are great!

This is absolutely the WORST hotel I have ever been in.
It starts at the reception: We arrived at 13:30, but thereceptionist, a bit less friendly than the chief warden at Vladimirski Central, barked at us that we can only go in at 15:00. When we asked if this can be done earlier, she said: "No! 15:00!". Not even "let me check...". We should have left then.
She had us pay for the rooms (150 pounds per night) and said that we need to tell her NOW if we are going to have breakfast and at what time exactly. Can we decide later? "No!". Overwhelmed, we decided to forget about breakfast in the hotel

Booked for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We have stayed previously and enjoyed. It's starting to creak a bit, needs some attention in places. Room was dark with bulbs not working. Hot water went on day 1, eventually fixed for day 2. Ran a bath and the hot water was yellow and left a sediment when water was emptied. This is likely due to rusty pipes in a building of this age. Staff are generally friendly and accommodating when required. Just 'okay' I would say, not premium anymore. Location is obviously ideal for access to the city and nightlife.
