Stayed here for 4 nights on a recent trip to Perth. The images online do not match the reality. The room was in very poor, tatty condition with stains on the carpet, poor finishing and a cheap, student-hostel feel throughout. The housekeeping staff were lovely but the reception staff bored and indifferent. The room was absolutely TINY and awkward for the price. On a return to Perth shifted to the European hotel across the road which is the same price but rooms 3 times the size and in much better condition with character and charm. Won’t recommend Pensione to anyone I should have requested a refund

Excellent position. Clean and well equipped petite rooms. Double glazed windows which can be slightly opened for some fresh air rather than having the air conditioning on. Comfy bed and good shower, quiet room. Quick and easy check in and out. Best value in central Perth. Completely recommended and we will be staying again.

Currently doing my 14 day quarantine here and couldn't be more thankful for the ongoing 24/7 help the staff have given me during this period.
2 & half days to go.
I would happily choose to stay in these clean & inviting rooms as a normal guest at any time.
Big box of CHOCOLATES left out for the staff as a thankyou gift.
Close to anything if you want to see this beautiful city and not spend a fortune.
Highly recommend.

The receptionists were incredibly nice and welcoming, the lobby had a wonderful smell and the rooms were clean and tidy! The only thing I can say that would be good to improve would be how to operate the air conditioning, but it wasn't terrible as we found out how to do it eventually! Maybe a little diagram or just a bit of text saying how to use it would be nice, but other than that, it was 10/10.

Had a wonderful stay here. One night in a queen room for $98! On the 5th floor with a window that actually opens so was able to get fresh air! The room was small but the bed was so comfortable! Had tea and coffee making. Also being a booking.com user I got a late 1pm check out which was amazing! I was really happy to give a $100 cash deposit most hotels require 150-200 that gets frozen and can take 5 days! So this was great to be able to hand over cash and get it back when I checked out! The staff were friendly and would definitely stay again. Right in the heart of the city close to bars and McDonald
