Waiting to schedule an x-ray appointment has taken 30 minutes already. Apparently scheduling new patients or services isn't important anymore. I can't believe things have gone downhill this much.

$2000 for 4 Covid tests.
My partner and I got Covid tests in November. She had gotten 2 right about the September- November time period for work and we had been exposed so we wanted to be responsible. The bills all came in the week before Christmas and added up to about $2000 in total. All the bills were entirely different, 2 charged for Doctors fees for a doctor that we never saw, and 2 had a large expense for "outpatient surgery." My test was $544 and I swabbed it myself! The nurses we interacted with were wonderful, but other than asking me basic medical questions and checking my blood pressure

Great doctors and quick waiting times but very hard to get appointments. Usually booked out for weeks in advance. Had to go to other doctors on 2 occasions for my baby’s immunizations and illness.

Not sure whats going on over there but called to talk to someone in what we use to call a draw station, nobody answered after a few try's, so l called the main desk and who ever is there at 9:40 am, needs some training in phone edikit, very rude then transfered me to voice mail without even telling me. Sorry for useing the wrong word ,I guess what I ment was LABS !! You get one star for atleast answering the phone finally.

This is billed as "emergency room", not quick/urgent care.
Came here to get a cast off my foot because it had gotten wet. Chose first care because I was under the impression it was quick care and I wouldn't be charged the 150 dollar co pay for ER visit.
I was wrong apparently, costed me 210 dollars to get my cast changed because I had to get a new cast at my podiatrists office the next day costing 60 dollars + the "ER" visit.
What is the point of this office if it's just as slow as MMC ER and same price?
