Great, staff, efficient and friendly yet professional, the best experience I've had with a doctor surgery

The receptionist forgot to book us in so we had to wait half an hour for our booster while watching other people come and go. Very frustrating. BUT the doctor was just lovely and very professional.

Drs and staff are always caring and very pleasant. Always have time to listen. The doctors are always on top of the latest medical treatment and one never feels they have wasted the drs time.

I went to get my covid vaccine. I was extremely nervous but the doctor calmed me instantly. He was very knowledgeable about the vaccine & I didn’t even feel the injection! The after effects were non-existent. I had a slightly sore arm from the injection but other than that I was fine. I don’t know what I was so afraid of 😆

My family has been seeing Dr Presad for over 5 years now he is amazing and the only gp we will go to. So caring and takes all the time we need to make sure we are healthy safe and informed

If you have any issues with mental health and would like to feel heavily gaslighted and disheartened please go to this practice. I've discussed my severe anxiety a few times, depression and other serious issues including endometriosis and was patronised for asking for help in regards to medication and support I've had in the past. Today I needed a medical certificate backdated as often when dealing with mental health you don't realise you're in a crisis until you're in the middle of it. The doctor refused to backdate it as I didn't see her when this 'sickness' started despite knowing the episodes
