I am a fully certified and registered yoga instructor in Melbourne and believe that yoga is for every body. My mission is to help you move better, breathe better, sleep better and handle stress better so you can live a happier life. I'm big on improving your mobility (strength & flexibility, oh so important to future-proof your body), and I will always encourage you to make the practice your own.

I offer weekly Livestream Classes, custom Private & Corporate Yoga in Melbourne and I regularly organise women's-only Yoga Retreats in Victoria.

Your body was designed to feel good. Your mind was made to be steady and calm. Because of our current fast-paced, yet sedentary lifestyle, there is a real chance that - instead - both your body and mind feel pretty average. Tight muscles, aching joints, back pain, sleepless nights, anxious thoughts.
All yoga classes have to be booked via the booking tool. Please note: the below yoga schedule is a guideline to show you the times/days on which classes are usually scheduled. Based on the below schedule I teach 4 to 5 weekly classes. Please always check the live booking tool for the most up to date timetable.
With over 70 recorded classes, the video library is ideal for international yogis or new students who want a taster of my yoga classes without stepping on the 'livestream' mat. You will find a Beginners and Advanced library with plenty of Vinyasa, Yin and Slow Mo classes. The library is complimentary for livestream members and pass holders so you never have to miss a class again.
Have you ever felt lost in a group yoga class? Do you feel the mass-market environment in a studio actually worsens your anxiety? You might be completely new to yoga or perhaps you simply don't like to practice yoga in large groups. There are lots of reasons to consider taking private yoga classes instead of joining a studio.
I'm a huge advocate of workplace wellness programs. My passion for teaching corporate yoga classes stems from a serious spinal injury that slowly developed following years of desk jobs and bad posture. Thanks to a continuous yoga practice my back pain is gone, and I am stronger and more flexible with a much better awareness of my postural habits.

Sab's classes are a welcome relief after a long day of sitting at my desk. Online means that I can attend regardless of what's happening in the world and the livestream allows for feedback on technique. There is also a pre-recorded library to fill gaps in my timetable. Sab is friendly, professional and real. These classes have definitely boosted my sanity and health over the last year.

I started practicing with Sab in the early days of lock down and immediately loved her classes! Sab makes yoga uncomplicated and the movements are so easy to follow with her guidance.
Up until this point I hadn't developed much of a practice and always felt like I was "doing it wrong". Now I'm more focused on moving in a way that feels good and having fun with it, and that's because Sab is always reminding us that this is what yoga is about.
I would recommend Sab's classes in a heart beat! My practice has become so much stronger thanks to her awesome guidance and my body always feels amazing

I've been doing yoga with Sab via her livestream yoga classes since April 2020, during the first Covid lockdown in Melbourne. From my first class I was hooked - I love that I can just roll out of bed, roll out the mat and be practicing yoga in the comfort of my own home. With at least 5 classes to choose from each week, the livestream schedule has allowed me to finally commit to a regular yoga practice - something I've never really been able to do, despite going to yoga classes on and off for over 20 years! I have done a couple of private classes with Sab and highly recommend anyone try them at least once! I've been doing yoga group classes on and off for about 10 years, but it was great to have a one on one to improve a few things. Sab also showed me how to modify some poses to work with what my body is capable of (i.e. dodgy knee, hip and shoulder). 5 stars from me! 😊

Love the online Yoga classes so much especially the lunchtime intermediate sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They break my sitting day nicely and get me moving/flowing while working on my strength and fitness. Sab always makes it personable and you feel like you’re right there with her in class (especially when she calls out your name if you’re… not bending the right way!) without having to factor in travel time. Thank you so much for the private class last week. I have been having problems with my coccyx so Sab customised my class to concentrate on my glutes and gave me some moves to do on my own. This would not be possible in a studio class 😄

I have been attending livestream virtual yoga with Sabijn at least twice a week since April 2020, along with attending her community events and yoga retreats 🧘‍♀️ Yoga with Sab is very unlike yoga with other teachers - She is very real, down-to-earth and fun whilst maintaining her professionalism and commitment to delivering high quality yoga… classes for her students. In addition to online group yoga, she offers 1:1 personalised classes either online or at a location of choice, along with corporate classes for larger groups onsite. I honestly can’t recommend

I've had various yoga instructors and teachers in the past, but none have been able to explain the intent and benefit of each movement or pose as well as Sab can! Those little tips and micro-adjustments make a big difference to many of the yoga poses and movements that I have been doing for years, and breathes new life into them. I think I can speak for our class that all of us really, really enjoy Sab's yoga classes - so important considering how much time we spend sitting down at our desks! Thank you Sab!

Really enjoying Sab's corporate yoga classes.
Her classes are always different with options given for beginners and more advanced levels. I've noticed a huge improvement in my posture when sitting /standing at my desk. Do yourself a favour (and your team!) and just book a session :) Thank you, Sab! Looking forward to the next class.

I found Sab's yoga classes when the company I work for provided a weekly online yoga session for everyone (no prior experience required). I loved the weekly classes so much and wanted to practice more regularly so I've joined Sab's online yoga library. I can now fit in my yoga practice whenever I like and there is a huge range of classes available for viewing, catering for all levels. Sab has a unique way of making yoga accessible and fun, while helping you build strength, mobility and flexibility. I'm hooked!

I have been doing yoga with Sab for over a year mostly online and a few retreats. Love it. My favourite is the Thursday night Yin. I sleep like a baby afterwards every time. And now with her library of online classes I can do it whenever I want to. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved Sab's yoga and found it really enjoyable.
Her teaching style is perfect for all skill levels - she has a great way of explaining all the poses and body positions in a clear, simple way so even the newest Yogi can understand them, but also adds extra challenges for those more advanced.
She is also happy to answer questions and offer little tips on what to visualise with the poses and how to perform them better.
Her classes have variety but also come back to the same core poses so its great to see how much you are progressing.

After practicing yoga within a number of studios over the past 10 years, Sabijn Linssen Yoga comes highly recommended. I have been attending approximately 2-4 online yoga classes per week with Sabijn for some time now and I am always impressed by the variety of content within her classes, the different levels she caters towards and the personal flair she adds to every session.
