The Space of Good feeling is dedicated to assisting people to develop a rich inner life through the ancient practices of hatha yoga, meditation and self-inquiry. We also assist people to deal with their outer world in ways that are less stressful and more dynamic and happy. Durgananda teaches with warmth, creativity and authenticity.

Her classes emphasise creating harmony between the moving, thinking and feeling centres of being. Students learn how to listen to their body and innerworld as they explore flowing vinyasas, naturally aligned static postures, breathing techniques and deep relaxations. Her teaching encourages exploring the connections and relationships between body, mind, heart, breath, energy and awareness.
Services
The Space of Good Feeling teaches Bhavana Yoga which explores consciousness and increases self-awareness through using your physical body. Bhavana Yoga combines static and dynamic postures linked by the breath, together with natural alignment techniques to create a feeling of flow and energy. These techniques release physical and subtle blocks, returning the body to its ideal natural state and producing a sense of wellbeing on every level.
Our four-week, practical course will start you on your meditation journey or refresh your practice if you are an experienced meditator. Explore different techniques and find the one that works most effectively for you. The course is also available as one-on-one or small group private sessions, held over three weeks, which we can arrange to suit your schedule.
As you learn about yourself your awareness and ability to relate to others with love and compassion grows. Use this understanding to become the best teacher you can be.
