Services
I started practicing Bikram Yoga in 2001 in Jersey, Channel Islands and became addicted instantly. After practicing for 8 months and living abroad for 2 years I thought it was time to return to Australia, when I returned there was no Bikram Yoga in Adelaide, and only one in Melbourne and Sydney! I was so depressed not being able to continue my practice so I decided to head over to LA and do teacher training.
There are lots of FREE street parking spaces and metered car spaces around the CITY studio. We have car parks at the back of the GLENELG & MODBURY studios. Can I book online? Yes! If you have a current valid pass then you can download our free app MIND BODY CONNECT or click the check in online icon on our website.
An opportunity to try all the classes that we offer: Bikram Yoga, Inferno Hot Pilates, Core Flow, Yin Yoga, Family Yoga (Live-Stream Online Classes also available!) Using Pilates principles, Hot Pilates class is a challenging, full-body, low impact, high intensity 60-minute workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 40°C and 40% humidity continuously.
Passes are permitted for use at all three studios & online, so you can have the choice and flexibility to practise in-studio or online from home. If you miss a class, we can send you a recording! Access to all three studios & online classes. An opportunity to try all the different types of classes that we offer, and visit our different studios.

The most amazing yin class I have ever been to! Jess has created a great ritual and a beautiful practice. It is not only benefitting the body but definitely the spirit. The calmness, the warmth, the soundtrack, the soothing voice,a perfect body workout without a strain and an excessive effort. Absolutely perfect one hour treat after a long hectic yang day! Highly recommended.

This studio is an amazing place, highly recommended. Offering some of the best yoga in Adelaide. Linda (studio owner) is a really skilled and experienced yoga teacher. I have been supported and nurtured in my yoga journey on a deep level by my direct debit membership, I can go whenever I want. I have healed various injuries by practicing regularly (back, hip, knee etc) - now pain free. Lots of class options and you can practice in the city too (which is also a great studio). Thank you Linda and teachers for your dedication and commitment to all of the students and our fitness & wellbeing :-) namaste

I am SO impressed with this yoga studio. I have struggled to stay consistent with exercise over the past 6 years and FINALLY I have found a practice that I find fun and enjoyable.
The heat makes me feel so alive, I love the focus on the breath and how the entire practice is like a moving meditation.
The teachers are all very lovely and accepting and willing to offer a helping hand.
I have been consistently attending class for almost 3 weeks now and I am SO GLAD I actually gave it a go!

I have recently done my lower back from the Port Lincoln sailing regatta. I put myself on the wait list with a physio, and wasn’t sure if I should go for bikram yoga. Upon checking the schedule on the instructors for the night, I turned up, had a chat with the instructors on my lower back. She gave me the advice on when to ease and when to hold my core tight. I did 2 bikram and 1 yin session last week. I haven’t felt anything on my back since!

It was difficult to hear the instructor over the heating vents. The floors are carpeted in a hot room which makes me question how they maintains cleanliness. The instructor constantly refered to the Vajrasana pose as ' Japanese style' which is not politically correct nor the proper term. It's like referring to 'chair pose' as European style. Extremely disappointed .

Bikram Yoga & Yin Yoga Glenelg is such a lovely studio to practice at. The facilities are extremely well maintained and accessible. The teachers are all so helpful and lovely, approachable people who have your best interests at heart. A great community vibe is definitely present at this studio, everyone is so friendly. The studio has plenty of classes every day, so there's no excuses to miss a class! This place has changed my life for the good.

I love bikram and yin yoga at Glenelg! All the teachers posses a great deal of knowledge about the yoga postures and are always available after class to explain any posture further or any corrections I need to make to further my practice. There is always a friendly smile and happy attitude when you walk into the studio and absolutely no pressure to keep going in class if you're having a bad day. The yoga community at this studio is like none other I've ever encountered. It's supportive, fun, happy, calm and so much more. I highly recommend anyone to try either bikram or yin yoga or both! Both types
