Do not book unless you are in Gold coast airport. The establishment is not flexible while every attempt is made to be helpful by a client. Bookings made on Airbnb, 50% held back as cancellation. This is because of no fault of ours. QLD government shutdown the border meant no one could come in. How do they expect us to come in? Requested a cancellation due to this and were told cant help and covid is here for last 18+ months. Wish we had some ability to foresee what will happen 2-3 months later and then book.

My partner and I stayed at the Oracle Broadbeach (Peppers), I was so shocked to walk in to such an amazing apartment. It really was everything I had asked for and I was so happy to have stayed in such an incredible apartment 30 stories up!
I was amazed it turned out all ok just because I was pretty hesitant at the online Key portal security bond process however GCLR were very accommodating to my concerns and we helped figure out a solution that suited both us.
The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was because the apartment utilities were a little off. The dishwasher never cleaned properly

Absolutely disgusted with the response from Gold Coast Luxury Resorts. Due to lockdown in Melbourne we are not able to travel into QLD, we had asked if we could get a credit or change the dates of the booking as we didn't want to cancel our booking however they responded that there was nothing they could do to help.
For a company that prides itself on being a premium resort partner their customer service are understanding during these hard times are far from premium. They would rather pocket the full funds of our booking than be understanding and help with a solution which works for all parties

We will absolutely be back to the apartment that we booked through GCLR in The Oracle building at Broadbeach. All our visitors said our apartment was one of the best they had seen. We felt right at home the minute we walked in. It was faultlessly clean and tastefully furnished. The layout was terrific to and the view was great.

This was our first time booking through gold coast luxury resorts and it was an amazing experience. the customer service was outstanding and the check in process was very streamlined.
The room had one of the best views in any apartment iv ever stayed in.
