Services
Ascot Family Practice is a fully accredited medical practice. This means that we are audited on a regular basis to ensure that we stay current with trends and best practice as well as provide patients with a particular level of service, cleanliness and hygiene. Ascot Family Practice is committed to promoting wellness and disease prevention to our patients.
At this time, we are not a bulk-billing practice and all consultations are billed at the doctor's discretion. For patients holding pension or healthcare concession cards, we do charge a discounted fee. If you require further information, please contact our specialist team today! If you wish to discuss your results, you will need to schedule an appointment with your doctor.
Ascot Family Practice is an accredited practice under AGPAL. This therefore requires that every three years our practice is assessed on very strict accreditation criteria. Patients have the opportunity to communicate their health concerns and receive enough information to make informed decisions with their doctors about their care.
Ascot Family Practice offers exceptional medical care in a friendly environment. All doctors are actively engaged in continuing medical education. They have additional training in various areas to assist our patients with specific health care needs. Some of our doctors are also involved in training future registrars from the University of Queensland and the College of General Practitioners.
Our aim is provide total primary care to all who choose our services both in terms of preventative and curative medicine. We also provide long-term ongoing family medicine and an understanding of your health concerns in a caring and friendly atmosphere. We have a strong focus on health promotion and disease prevention.

If you’re not British forget any assistance.
The lady on the phone was rude and maybe even racist.
She couldn’t understand my accent, I tried to explain the matter also in Italian, French and Spanish but she barely spoke in English so… good luck with them!
I hope after Brexit they’ll find better workers 🤔

Just want to update my review the staff have been much more helpful since i was in contact with he practice manager they have now updated my name and gender marker on my medical records so i am now officially female , the only gripe i have now is i am still waiting to start Estrogen hormones to help with my transition but it seems this can only be prescribed by the tavistock clinic in London , so sadly will have to wait a few years for that to begin , anyway thank you for your help kind regards Miss Ayres.

We moved our parents to this practice as we were very unhappy with the care or lack of.
What a difference between the old and new practices, straight away the diagnose my fathers cancer, my mother pancreatic problem. Depending on how long dad has had cancer, which we find out tomorrow, the old GP may have been able to save him.
The GP put everything in place straight away, palliative care, district nurse, occupational therapist, we can’t fault them, DR Williams has been amazing he even calls just to check in, I’ve never been so impressed with care and compassion they have received. I would

Have been with this practice for 21 years and have found it to be ourtstanding - a wonderful team.Dedicated staff, committed, courteous and caring.Tina in particular is an angel but all are very special people who really listen. Of course it has been difficult over the last 14 months and I magine we see but the tip of the iceberg of just how much they are all doing to keep us safe, and of course we have to be patient and there are some long, frustraitng waits, and 'it's not how it used to be' but we are in a pandemic so how could it be? I know that every member of staff there is no doubt juggling

Still over a year and doctors are locking themselves away from patients (the ones who pay their wages), pushing people online and phone consultations yet ask for a JAB and they'll see you the next day ( I wonder why this is then? ££). The NHS should be renamed National Covid Service because it seems any other medical issue is not a concern. Yet Mary 80 years old is happily working in a supermarket dealing with 1000's of customers a day, or dentists are seeing patients with patients mouths wide open. Doctors for goodness sake start speaking up, enough now.

Fantastic service with a little one. I have never been kept waiting long to get an appointment for my 2 year old son since birth - and had great check-ups throughout my pregnancy too. Often get an appointment within a matter of hours (or even minutes). The doctors have all been kind and accommodating, especially Dr Pagnamenta who has been exceptional at making me feel at ease.
