Dr Mehrzad Entezami, commonly referred to by his patients as 'DR MARK', graduated medical school in 1999 with MD (Doctor of Medicine) degree and been practicing Medicine since. Following this, Dr Entezami then completed a secondary degree (Master in Medicine - Skin cancer in Primary Care) at the University of QLD (UQ).
Emergencies are life-threatening illnesses or injuries that must be dealt with by nearest emergency departments. If you feel that your illness or injury is of a serious nature, you should immediately call for an ambulance (by dialing 000). If in doubt, always call triple zero (000). The people who take your call are trained to help you and will direct you to the appropriate resources.
Excella Medical Centre-Nundah is a Mix Billing practice. Please read the practice billing and cancellation policy carefully as it might have changed since your previous attendance. Bulk billing is only available on weekdays between 9am-4pm for consultations less than 10 min, to:. Overall the experience was great however there was a downside - The calendar invitation and TXTs etc did not state the name of the facility (Excella Medical Centre - Nundah) only the address. At the same time the physical address was not displayed on the actual physical building - this is very confusing - some reasonable directions would be a good idea - maybe you should test the customer experience of your booking system which is very poor in regard to the points I have just outlined. Hopefully you will take note of my observations and adjust accordingly

Booked an appointment online for my booster vaccination. The clinic had no reception staff or message informing what the process for appointments was. Other patients waiting directed me to sit in a numbered chair and wait for my appointment turn. The doctor was friendly and on-task, working to ensure that people weren't waiting for a long time and reminding everyone between patients to move along to the next numbered seat as others went in for their appointment. A good experience overall. My only feedback would be to suggest that a notice/sign be posted near the front desk informing patients of

Had my booster shot here, the doctor on today was short staffed and had a waiting room full of people. He remained friendly, didn’t rush anyone and did a great job of letting everyone know what to do. Thank you for your hard work in this difficult time and for working to allow us to access healthcare and safety! Appreciate all your effort!

Dr. Mark referred me to a specialist in about five minutes, and hurried me on. However when I then discovered the specialist was booked up for ten weeks. When I returned to the practice a few minutes later and expressed my dissatisfaction - in a calm and reasonable way - I was told they didn't check availability, and I needed another appointment to get a new referral. I used logic to give them feedback about why this was unsatisfactory to someone if they are actually sick and are seeking treatment. When I did return Dr. Mark was defensive and unable to get over whatever he thought had happened

I like this Center as Doctor is very understandable and any issue has been attended and followed up with. He is very helpful al through out the year and previous couldn't do medical reports with out him. My family really trust his services. Also Friendly staff always make sure you are assisted with appointments.

Dr Mark has been our family doctor for a couple of years now. He is kind, caring and very thorough. He always gives you his undivided attention and you always feel heard. He has a great sense of humour which we love and is always running on time. I would recommend Dr Mark to any and everyone. So great to have a trusted professional taking such great care of us.
