All our apartments are fully self-contained with a kitchen, large open plan living area, private internal laundry, spacious balcony and free undercover secure parking. DO NOT STAY AT SOLAIRE apartments!!
2 hours before arrival, we were contacted and advised that our room had damp and mouldy floors as well as no working air conditioners.
Tony from the "help desk" was very rude and unhelpful. He offered no alternative and left us without any place to stay.
Very annoyed! Solaire... More like nightmare! 😡😡👎

Agree with Mai bee the most arrogant and disgustingly rude management strongly recommend rethink stating here. They entered our room at there free will swore at me Infront of my 10yo children and also later on in a phone call to management was threatened they could call child services on us. They kicked us out first day into a 6 night stay as they hadn't processed their bankroll Friday afternoon after we had payed and booked so payment had been taken out but was pendungvfrombteur end. Payment went through to them Monday afternoon after payroll. It then took 2 weeks and a lot more abuse over the

Unfortunately we got stuck here for 7 nights. The apartment was dirty when we walked in. A broken lamp that kept falling over. Blocked sinks. Cockroaches. Worn out furniture. Filthy kitchen and windows. The curtains are not black out anymore, they are "light in" curtains! My wife spent half a day cleaning. Nothing has been updated. The only new thing were LED lights obviously so the owner can save on electricity! Cheapskates! So don't accept apartment 1503. The one star is for the reception guy and the handyman, they were great in fixing some of the problems

Room had not been cleaned properly. Fish hooks in carpet. No hot water in ensuite. Washing machine overflowed. Hot water tap broke. Maybe we had bad luck??

Fantastic place to stay. Great property managers. Clean nice people staying there. Easy walk to beach rivers and Surfers Paradise. I would stay there again.

Another amazing stay at Solaire Apartments. Beautiful apartment, with well appointed bathroom, space and kitchen. Friendly helpful staff - nothing is too much trouble. Great location with tram, restaurants, supermarket and the beach. Amazing views, comfy beds, modern & spacious. Great place to stay. Will come back again.
