Although sometimes foot pain is only short lived, on occasion it continues for an extended period and when this occurs you should seek help from a podiatrist. Foot pain is typically caused by a number of factors - lifestyle issues such as wearing unsuitable shoes, becoming overweight or pounding the feet on hard surfaces, medical conditions like diabetes, or an injury.
The back is made up of interlocked structures such as bones, joints, muscles, ligaments and tendons. It is supported by the spine, which consists of 24 moveable bones known as the vertebrae, in addition to the sacrum and coccyx. Soft cushions called discs are found between the vertebrae that absorb pressure and allow the spine to move and keep the body upright.
This particular foot condition typically involves an irritation of the heel bones, muscls and tendons. The most common cause involves irritation under the heel (Plantar Faciitis) or just behind it (Achilles Tendon), where the achillies tendon connects to the heel bone. Heel pain can correct itself over time.
Movements of the knee joint are crucial to many everyday activities including walking, running, sitting and standing. The upper and lower bones of the knee are separated by two discs and the upper and lower leg bones are joined by muscles, tendons and ligaments.
The knee joint connects the thigh with the leg and the bones of the knee joint are covered by cartilage that helps shield the area against shock and provide a gliding surface for the movement of joints.Knee pain is an extremely common problem that can occur in the bony structures of the knee joint, the kneecap or the ligaments and cartilage of the knee.

I share this review as a warning to others. I unfortunately had an appointment with Dan Everson and it was an awful experience. From overhearing Dan speak to his receptionist in a totally unacceptable way to him “adjusting” my orthotics on a grinder and making them look like a dog had chewed on them, I can’t stress enough how dissatisfied I was.
I also discovered by accident that patients are charged $70 for a foot scan that is not even looked at as the Orthotics are manufactured based solely on a shoe template size.

In recent years I've had an ongoing problem with the nails of my big toes digging in painfully at the sides. Patience, a scalpel and a steady hand seems to have fixed it. Much better than just digging deep with clippers and I am now walking comfortably - hopefully at least until my next visit. Many thanks :)
