Very polite and easy to communicate with the receptionist, very nice clean apartment, good inexpensive laundry, the apartments are perfectly situated to the hospital and also within easy walking distance to some very interesting lesser known inner city suburbs, featuring beautiful little parks interesting shops and cafes that are off the beaten track and unspoiled by being tourist orientated, just stay there it's bloody great myself and partner love it

Could not praise the staff enough! I just stayed for 3 nights , due to my need to being near the hospital . The staff were just so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I so appreciated their kindness at this trying time , and cannot thank them enough .
The apartment was in perfect walking position to the Royal Melbourne . I had a one bedroom , the apartment was spotless and had a balcony . It wasn’t luxurious, but all I needed was clean and close , but the lovely staff was the icing on the cake! Thank you thank you

Stayed for little over a month during and after my wife had a transplant. Elaine and James were so accommodating and helpful throughout this trying time for us.
Rooms cleaned regularly and very well (the two cleaning ladies also very friendly). Close to CBD, tram stop 15 and particularly the hospital making our lives much easier during a difficult time.

I don't know why this place got so many very good reviews! The rooms are small, dirty and old.
You can't really close the windows, so it was very cold during the night.
You can't take a shower while the light in the bathroom is turned on, because the air ventilation is blowing so hard and loud. You are not just annoyed, but cold! Better shower in the dark!
The toilet seat wasn't able to stay in an upright position on his own, so it fell in my back when I was sitting on the toilet.
It was so loud there, it felt like the tram was driving through my pillow.
