This is by far the dirtiest apartment that I have ever stayed in, the carpet to the room looked like it hasn't been vacuumed in a while and the window was full of dust, the pot hadn't been cleaned properly, shower head had stuff that looked like hair. The smell of the room was so foul I found it hard to sleep the first night. As a hotel you can get away with having substandard facilities but dirtiness is not excusable for any hotel because it can cause diseases.

Fantastic apartments. We stayed for a hospital visit to Peter McCullum Cancer Clinic. I couldnt praise the apartment itself or staff any higher. The apartment was spacious, modern, comfy beds, clean, just amazing :) The staff were super friendly, helpful, kind, understanding. This was our second stay here and i will return again. Made a stressful trip to melb, much more relaxed. 5 star all the way.
