If you have never done an exercise class before, or never done punches and kicks, our trained instructors will guide you through every step of the way. It is group fitness on your own. In each class you will learn practical kickboxing combinations that you will get to practice on your own boxing bag at your own pace.

Services
Back in 2010 we started our first adult fitness classes which we called "KickFit". This was designed mainly for mums looking to lose weight, tone up and increase their energy levels. The lessons were put together by our own experienced Personal Trainers (PT's) and fully qualified physiotherapist.
As the instructors also had a strong background in martial arts, the classes incorporated more and more kickboxing combinations and we changed the name to My Fitness Kickboxing.What we have today is incredible, high energy, fun classes that have been designed to give everyone, no matter their fitness level, a dynamic and safe all over body workout!

I am visiting my sister in Perth and we decided to have a go at a kickboxing session.
The instructor Lisa was very friendly and welcoming. I have never done kickboxing before and she was so helpful in giving out instructions to new beginners throughout the whole time. The session was energetic and fun. It was a really great workout and would highly recommend anyone wishing to give kickboxing a try. Totally loved the session and would definitely carry on going!
