Our recent expansion now means we are able to offer our Boxing for Fitness training AND a Functional Fitness program side by side, each in their own, dedicated 500m2 training spaces.

Round One Fitness exists for one reason - To constantly challenge and lead our members to achieve the highest level of sustainable fitness they can reach. We have an obligation to our members to provide a safe training environment with dedicated knowledgeable staff, striving to help as many clients as we can reach their full fitness potential, achieve their goals and beyond.

Subscribe below to join our tribe. You'll receive email updates about the studio, special events, and membership option sales! The training included the renowned '300 workout' and - as anyone who has given it a go could tell you, is all about volume and intensity (or more specifically both!). The "HAMMER TIME" classes use our awesome array of Hammer Strength, Plate loaded equipment in a strength circuit.
We find the best people who do well at Round 1 Fitness are just looking for a positive change. From the moment you first come in we help you with your diet and nutrition, provide you with a training program that works for your schedule and also how to integrate recovery activities to give more of a holistic approach to health and fitness.

This is a great gym. One of those one of a kind gems you find that you can't believe you found. The staff are great, friendly very knowledgeable and helpful they're wonderful. The set up is awesome, you can do a group session or just do your own thing. On the treadmill ECT, or do some weight lifting. I'd definitely recommend having a look at this great little place.

Amazing gym, great atmosphere and trainers. Caters for all with 2 specialised sections. Individual Cells with so many class times to choose from. Boxing for Fitness or Functional Fitness (Funky Fit) with various Cardio Machines mixed with Body Weight and other weight equipment.35 minu tes of HIIT or 45 minutes of Functional Fitness.

Love Round 1 Fitness. So many classes to choose from, loads of equipment available, great coaches, friendly atmosphere.... I joined the boxing classes as very first timer, the sessions are challenging, yet very entertaining and fun, and no 2 classes are the same. Very highly recommend it. Keep up the awesome work Michael and the team!

Excellent price, equipment, facilities and class arrangements. Paul, Tracey, Mike, and Lauren are awesome at training.
Only reason ive put 4 stars is Corey. Unprofessional slurs, unhelpful remarks and generally ignoring you when you actually need advice. Instant 5 stars if there wasnt behaviour like that!

It was a great experience for me and a dramatic change in my life style started from the time I met Michael and committed to his diet plan and advice. I lost about 20kg in 6months time and still stable for the next 6months as long as I keep training 3 times a week. The are classes are really good and never boring, always different, sometimes challenging which I believe push you away from your comfort zone and enhance your metabolic rate. Keep it up 👍

I couldn’t possibly ask for a better facility to train at! The trainers/staff are extremely knowledgeable and help to provide a great environment to work out in, get fit and chase your goals. The variety of classes continue to cater for people of all ages and abilities. The sense of community when you walk in the door is truly like no other.
If you’re looking for the best gym in Perth, I would highly recommend Round 1!

Great gym with a friendly atmosphere. I had great fun working out with others and coaches at Round 1 Fitness. Staff are very friendly and accommodate for all fitness levels. They run multiple classes per day, which helped during my busy schedule. If you work/live in that area, definitely give R1F a go!

Michael and the staff at Round 1 Fitness are a great bunch. They ensure classes have plenty of variety and are always willing to help out and offer advice regardless of whether your participating in a class or not. I'm also learning about different cultures through Bulgarian Split Squats and Turkish Get ups, and now know that Kettlebell Swings can be Russian or American. (Although Russian Twists don't seem to have an American cousin) If anyone is looking to improve their health, regardless of starting point, then look no further.

This is more than a gym. If you have any doubts about it, then come and check it out. My wife and me are members for little more than a year and we can just highly recommend it. Effort and time that owners and staff are putting into Round 1 on an everyday basis is just incredible. A variety of individual and group session plus tailored programs is something I didn't see in any gym so far.
