Classes and physical training sessions are tailored to the needs and ability of each individual client, and are designed for any age and fitness level.
Chronic Disease Management involves the prescription of exercise for clients who present with an ongoing medical condition. This can be managed or treated with a specified exercise program. Clients who present with an ongoing medical condition may be eligible for Medicare funded exercise sessions under what is called a GP management plan.

Exercise physiology is a relatively new industry and it's really important that we promote not only exercise and its positive effects, but also our profession in general.
Exercise Physiology is the study of the human body's response to exercise and physical activity. It particularly focuses on the role of exercise in the management of long term health conditions, where special considerations need to be taken to ensure that exercise will be safe and effective.

Telehealth involves the use of telecommunications and virtual technology to deliver health and fitness prescription outside of traditional settings. At Fortitude Exercise Physiology, we are using both video consultations and telecommunication to implement new treatment strategies, monitor client adherence to our program, as well as providing motivation for our clients.
I've been working with Chris for approximately 3 years now. Initially, I saw him for injury rehabilitation as I was constantly getting injured from football. With his knowledge, we were able to incorporate various exercises in to my training schedule to reduce my risk of injury (and speed up the rehabilitation process).

I was referred to Chris by my doctor. Chris provided me with a program that caters to my needs and took the time to explain clearly and demonstrate how to do the exercises. By following his instructions and putting in the hard work, I was able to achieve the goals. Chris has been instrumental in helping me make this change to my health and fitness. Would highly recommend him.

I went to Chris to revise my stale home exercise plan and have been very pleased with the new exercises and advice he has provided. My fitness has improved, I've lost weight and gained strength. Chris is encouraging, knowledgeable, responsive and friendly, and I would be happy to recommend him to anyone wanting to improve their fitness and get their exercise regime in order. 5 stars!

Have a degenerative issue with my lower spine and my Dr recommend Fortitiude. Prior to going there I had several crippling moments that literally put me on my knees. But Chris at Fortitude gave me a number of specific exercises that has strengthened my core and I can say that I have not had a major issue since Employing their advice - and it doesn’t take much time at all to complete.

I have worked with Chris from Fortitude for close to a year now. I have found Chris to be excellent I with the physical exercise which is non repetitive and challenging. I have noticed over this time I have benefited from Chris’s program.

I've been training with Chris for a few years now. To begin with he helped me with rehab for a knee injury I received playing sport but once I'd recovered we moved to a strength and conditioning program. Since then I've continued with Chris and hit a number of personal bests that I'm quite happy with. I would highly recommend Chris for any rehab or high performance training you're looking for.
