Services
Pubs are a great place for a chat, and in the bistro its the produce doing all the talking. We prefer produce over plastic and aim for the seasonal and the fresh to shine, giving our classic bistro fare a little lift from Mother Nature. Along with a DIY attitude of making as much in house as possible our food is honest, accessible and a good excuse to get together.

Myself and a gal-pal like coming here for the $10 lunch special. However, the ten dollar special is now $13, AND, if you're not a "member", it's $15! We were very disappointed, especially after thinking that my NSW Gov meal voucher was going to cover it.
The pickle sauce on the burger though, was delish!

Not a bad place nice interior, foods pretty good, although staff may potentially have an extra chromosome. One of the bartenders (back when everything was open early 2021) kept calling me and my other asian mate go*ks tho. Pretty awkward, especially since he said it right infront of us and looked at us like we were supposed to laugh with him, the security laughed with him tho so at least it wasnt that awkward for him.

We came to the Tuesday Night Trivia and were delighted by both the trivia and the meals. The special I ate was a 300g rump steak with veggies, mash potatoes and pepper sauce for $20. Loved it! The staff were very polite. A great evening. Worth noting that during the week the car parking in neighbouring Westfields in completely empty - so park there.

I'm going to basically call this a shopping centre pub, though I suspect that it has been here long before the shopping centre materialised around it. Actually, I don't even thing you can get into the shopping centre from the pub, which made it a little annoying. The other thing was that they really had a limited number of beers on tap, and none of them were really of the type that interested me. Yeah, I think I'll pass on this one.

Walking into this place I'm reminded of a typical, hard working pub - the sour beer smell, the TAB packed with punters, the bar will taps of ice old beer. Then the bistro - clean and bright and stuck right in the middle of the pub. The choice of feed reads like a fancy menu, with the prices to match. Not really what I'd expect from a pub bistro but I'll give it a go.
The serving sizes are great, the taste is great, the quality is great, the staff are great - the prices are the let down. It's way to e expensive for what it is, especially considering the choice of eateries next
