Our unique Boxing and Strength training offers you a full body workout completed in under 45 minutes. You'll never have to step into a ring but you'll learn the sport of boxing from an expert, and you'll have fun doing it. Warm-up and get ready for your workout: 12 x 3 minute rounds, with 30 sec rest in between.
You've never been to a gym quite like 12RND. Not only is it dedicated to perfecting your boxing technique and delivering a solid sweat sesh, it's also beginner-friendly. Since the classes don't have a fixed time, you can jump in (or jump out) whenever you like.

Boxing + strength training with 12 x 3 minute rounds, complete a different full body workout every day in under 45 minutes. The 12RND Fitness training methodology was inspired by our co-founder, and four time world champion boxer, Danny Green, who uses a combination of boxing skills and drills, high impact, explosive training and functional strength to stay at his peak.
Each workout is a balance of boxing and functional strength that offers a different full body program everyday, across our 12 x 3 minute rounds. You get a new workout everyday, so you never get bored. The way we train provides the perfect formula of anaerobic and aerobic activity, with a balanced full-body program.

Thanks 12rounds Bella Vista for making me so welcome on my recent visit over Christmas to Sydney You were all so helpful and really interactive. I train in Ashburton Melbourne and it was great to be able to train in another gym to see how others work You guys are so professional in your approach and every time I visited I was was really impressed with the level of coaching and one on one time.
